Stay Far Away - Worst Experience Ever I don't usually leave reviews like this, but this place absolutely deserves a warning label. I visited to check the rooms before booking, and what I experienced was beyond unprofessional. The owner--an outright rascal--refused to even show the rooms and started mouthing off with complete nonsense instead. No manners, no customer service, just pure arrogance and attitude. The property itself felt shady and unkempt, the kind of place you wouldn't feel safe spending a night in. Honestly, I've never come across such a third-rate setup run by someone so clueless about hospitality. If you value your time, money, and sanity--avoid this dump at all costs.

Receptionist is very aggressive. he don't know how to behave with other state customer. also this hotel printeries couples firstly due to hourly basis profit.

Located near Semrampur Nursery, the hotel is good and the staffs are good, 2-3 km away from the Railway station, Hire a Toto or autorickshaw on reserve mode which will take 100 rs and make you reach here, A good hotel with proper safety, well connected with highway and located on the main highway, connected with Railway station serampur and Howrah is at an Hour distance
