Located in a prime area of the town. Banks, offices, working areas, and shops are nearby. Rooms are average but good enough for such an old hotel. Price ranges are affordable. Restaurant service is available and food quality is average. The staff is polite and good. Rooms are well maintained and clean. They must upgrade their bedsheets, curtains and toilets.

The rooms are quite spacious with a separate storage cabinet. Toiletries are provided. It has its own restaurant with room service. Very good location. Sightseeing places of Coochbehar are within walking distance. Room tariffs are extremely reasonable. Food quality is quite good.

Food quality Very oily food, The quality of the Paneer is so bad, Mutton also not cooked properly, As per the cost of the food it has to be improved the service. If you have lots of money to waste then you can go to this hotel.

Cockroaches in wash rooms Uneven pillows Old bed linens washed scores of time No complimentary water. When Complained reply we have no policy of complimentary water each day. Bad experience Restaurant is very good with excellent dishes & portion size. They even customised as per taste.

Location wise - great. Rooms are okay, maintenance should be regular. Service is very good. The cost of food is little bit on the pricier side.

The room service is very poor. They didn't wash the blanket, pillow cover, towel, etc. But overall, it's not bad.

Conveniently located with comfortable rooms and excellent service. Friendly staff and good amenities make for a pleasant stay.

One of the most third class room and services ever I found , Just see the regular usable water color, Room conditions, and basic hygiene maintenance. As well as I am sharing the geotag photo also.
