3rd class hotel. No amenities available don't book this property online. After go to property they direct say no for online rate. They need extra from the online price. Dirty bed sheet blood stains in every bed sheet l. No TV No A/C . I request for towel staff said they can't give me they don't have towel. Hair in every corner floor. No hot water.

Very bad hotel...If you are couple then plz be cautious....

Very dirty , unhygienic and the prices are also very high.In the reception,they said that the rooms will be very good and that we were fortunate to stay at their hotel,but in reality it was the opposite.The price of 4 piece boiled potato is 200 there.The bathrooms were unusable,the light was broken .We had taken 2 rooms in which one of the rooms was not even prepared when we arrived.very bad stay.Worst hotel in coochbehar.Please do not stay at this hotel.

I have found hidden camera in my room... So guys plz be careful when you booked this hotel

I booked this place for my vacation, the prices which they showed was really very less than the rest, after the booking was confimed. While we arrived at the place the stuff members show us the room which was not sutaible for staying the rooms was smaller than even 2 people can stand, there was no bed in the room (while at the time of booking it show the room have double bed, it was show mentioned that the room will have AC but that was also not present when we arrived there). When we complained they showed was a room which have double bed and AC as mentioned while booking but they said that the price of this room will he 4 times more than what shown while booking. Also when we said it's not fair they behave rudely , the workers working there is not really good, not safe for women, as I was with family I went outside and found some good hotel like (Hotel Yuvraj, Mikado) etcs, it's better to cancel your trip than staying here , not a place to stay for human, the worker seems drunk smell was coming from their mouth also they were using slang while speaking among themselves, definitely not a safe place for women and family.

The worst experience. Booked a room via Oyohotels website, but couldn't check in for my night stay. The manager demanded for extra money, if they refused to talk to the customer care executive of Oyo hotels. Fraud hotel and the manager. Better to avoid booking.

One of the third class hotel in entire coochbehar...If you booked online then you will get trap...all are cheater...
