Being a very frequent traveler "One of my worst experience". I called the no. provided in google to book a room. Explained everything to the one who received the call but on reaching there was no proper communication. Was told to me over call that the price mentioned includes breakfast but in the morning asked for extra charges. Also was told to me that 'IF' extra bed taken then there will be additional charge but we didn't take it, though they charged extra charges. Hotel maybe new or even in good location but communication & services are the worst. Would suggest others to decide carefully.

Excellent service and excellent room, but foods are very spicy and not so much Good

The hotel is located in a convenient part of the city near Khagrabari. The room was spacious and clean, but they only gave us one half-litre bottle of complementary water for three adults. This is common sense how the water can be sufficient for 3 people. The extra cord that they provided was of the worst quality. Although they charged us a lot for it. The hotel could improve on some aspects to provide a better experience for guests.

This hotel is good in most aspects and I have been a regular traveller to this property. But suddenly this time the behaviour of the GM Mr Rajesh Pradhan was way beyond imagination. He straight asked us to go outside the hotel and eat and when one of my colleague brought a small food packet with him. This behaviour was inspite of the fact we have been regularly ordering food from hotel itself and today was also no different. At 10:15 pm how can the GM of the property ask the guests to go outside and eat ?? I would, henceforth, not suggest this hotel at all specially for corporates and families with kids

Visited on the day of 'Shashti' for dinner during Durga Pujo, and I just wanna let you know that the staff of this hotel is awesome, I don't know about the lodging facilities of this hotel but the food which is served here is very delicious and tasty . The staff was very polite to us, and the dining atmosphere was very positive and ambient, and the menu had a variety of options to dine. A must-visit for sure !

Worst service... Complementary water... Only one half litre bottle was provided, when asked why...as we were two adults and a child, staff provided one more half litre bottle. And reminded me... Next one will be chargeable. There was only one cup and tea sachet, I had to request for another cup. Again only one provided. And staff reminded me again... Tea sachets will be provided only once... We ordered our supper and dinner in the hotel itself. In the name of complementary Beakfast with a 4000/- room, they have option of only roti / paratha sabji. On top of this, they said only two paratha or roti is allowed, over that it is chargeable. I politely informed the staff that if a customer can spend 4000 for a room and another 1000+ for dinner etc, he can definitely pay for these silly things, but when you are in the market and service industry you should know what others are offering and their service standards. Ultimately when I complained about this to reception and wanted to talk to the Manager, I was informed that Manager is on leave. I wanted to speak to the incharge at the moment but there was no ownership. Staff informed that only staff are available no incharge or manager is there. And these rules are formulated by owner so they can't do anything about this. Stay at your own risk... Service is WORST here. Well, before checking out, G M of the hotel had a conversation with me on phone and assured to improve the services.

The receptionist is pathetic. Had confirmed bookingfor 2 nights. Next day morning suddenly asking to vacate as they have prior booking. That could have been told to me in the beginning itself so that i could have got into other hotel. Moreover no toiletries were there.

This review is about their resturant not their rooms . Restaurant's Ambience was good but the food was not satisfying. First the price is high but compared to this price food was nothing extraordinary. Quantity was good but the main problem of this resturant is .....it takes huge time to serve dishes .Like after eating starters you have to wait around 30-40 mins for the main course .I don't know why they take so much time ....this is one of the major problem of this resturant.
