Restaurant Monarch (Yubraj Hotel)

Most importantly the building was a lift and it was by TK ELEVATOR which belongs to Jerman. So think where is the customer uses imported lift, the what is the hotel quality.

I am a very old customer, my experience today was worst!! I ordered mutton biryani and they served rice mixed with mutton curry.. just look at the pictures and judge yourself....the management is worst, service is bad. They didn't give bill saying there is a problem and asked for tips after such bad service!!!

There was a high expectation while we planned to visit this restaurant during our Coochbehar tour. The entrance is pretty average with an old fashioned interior. Food variation is good. Fresh hot and delicious food was served. Staff behavior was decent. There was little option for dessert and mocktails. In a nutshell, food fulfilled the expectations but ambience needs some upgradation to hold its reputation.

Every food item we tried are delicious. Friendly staff and great atmosphere.I've been visiting this place for the last 20 years, not a perfect spot than this. Great menu options that will confuse you over what to eat.My family and friends, we all enjoy having our dinner at this restaurant. A perfect restaurant for every type of appetizer. The price is also good, don't worry.The food taste and quality are always great. I highly recommend this restaurant.

This is about the Chinese cuisine of The restaurant monarch. Quality of food felt like some roadside stall. Did not expect such poor quality food. Won't recommend Chinese cuisine here.

I had worst experience with my friends. We ordered for polau and mutton kasha. The curry was so sour that we couldn't eat, when we said about it they explained us saying its summer so Tomato and curd were added in extra quantity. Well we expected something spicy but that didn't felt good.

The service was very good. But their didn't live up to the expectations. Their Biryani was good even if it was different from traditional biriyani, with less flavours and more sweetness. The mutton pieces were also below satisfactory.

One best restaurant in coochbehar. Both veg and non veg foods are available. Fully air-conditioned. Staffs are well behaved. Food quality is good and tasty. They naturally did not take too much time for delivery.. Now the bad things are 1. Tables are limited and in a busy day you may wait outside of restaurant for your turn. 2. Single wash room for both man and woman. Overall it's a very nice place for eat and spend time.
