PROVA HOTEL & RESTAURANT

The restaurant and hotel are beautifully decorated, and the ambiance is quite appealing. However, when it comes to the quality and quantity, there are a few things to consider. First, the seating arrangements are not spacious enough. If you're dining with a group of six, four people can fit around one table, while the remaining two will have to sit at another table. This arrangement isn't ideal for larger groups. Another issue I faced was the need to scan a QR code to access the menu. Not everyone carries a smartphone, so it would be better if the restaurant provided physical menu cards on each table for convenience. Apart from these issues, the restaurant is well-maintained, beautifully decorated, and offers a friendly atmosphere. The food quality is average. While the taste is acceptable, But good

Hotel Prova is a nice hotel near Coochbehar...their rooms are very nice, neat and clean and well decorated...toilets are very clean... geyser is present in bathroom...they have attached restaurant... location is nice...beside toofanganj highway...room rents are reasonable...they have nice staffs...they have lift...and they have wifi...

I found the triple bedded room relatively small for 3 persons, but the hotel service is good and the location too. Breakfast was heavy and scrumptious. However if basic amenities like : Tea kettle/ Tea bags etc were present in my room then it would have more better.

A newly opened restaurant near chakchaka check-post. Ambience is ok. Service was pretty good. But the food here is pathetic. They do not serve/prepare authentic food here. And the taste of the food is below average. Moreover the food is costly compared to any other restaurants of coochbehar.

Tried the Hakka Noodles of 120, taste was good but overpriced. The quantity was very less and not even sufficient for a single person

Nicely decorated restaurant and hotel..but if we come to topic on the quality and quantity, then The seat capacity is not enough spacious... room is not big enough!! If you come there with 6 heads, then 4of them can be fit one table ..and rest two sould have to sit on another. Quality of food is average ..but I ordered mutton biriyani in which there was no egg...and there were two mini size mutton!! So really I'm not happy with that matter!! Another thing that, if you want to find out the item, what you want to taste, that means from menu card, you have to scan QR CODE,,, but everyone doesn't carry smartphone!! So I think the management should keep menu card on each table!! Otherwise, everything is fair and lovely!! Well decorated...we'll maintained... friendly restaurant .. You may try once!!

The restaurant was neat and clean as you can expect.. everything was fine including the behaviour of the staff members. But the one thing which made me upset was the fact that they didn't think about making the seats for more than 2+2 people. We went there in numbers so it was a bit uncomfortable for us to fit in... Except that everything was up to the mark.

Nice ambience inside, didn't expect such a place right beside the highway. The menu was just a mere illusion as what we tried ordering was unavailable! Still whatever we got was delicious enough to forget the frustration. This looks like a great place to bring family for a feast. They provide a separate cabin for reservations also, for events and celebrations. Now the food, as mentioned earlier the food is nice to your tastebuds. Price wise this is slightly overrated, they won't cope up with the thing with lesser price..so this is a matter of fact whether their quality will sustain itself over the time. Staffs were novice..both the young manager and the waiter who served. Can't say they were prepared enough to run the setup smoothly though these things have a lot of ground for improvement. Recommending it for a try for sure!
