OYO Hotel Kanishka Tower

Worst hotel in my life. Never had experience such a stinky dirty unprofessional hotel in my life. Would never suggest my enemies as well to book in this hotel. Every thing was broken.

Worst experience!! Never ever book this hotel!! Me & my family stayed for the 1st half of the day. Most worst & unhygienic. I saw only two staffs were working. They are non-cooperative & just blaming each other for taking complains. We had booked a large room, the room was totally contaminated & each corners of that room contained spit of GUTKA. As we all know that toilets are attached with the hotel rooms & they have separate ventilation but here it's opposite the ventilation window was inside the room. The AC was removed with an excuse of COVID 19. No geyser was present. Presence of water inside tank was null when we entered. They provided us pillows which were dirty & had blood stained. Elevator was not operating. Totally unprofessional, they're looting money. It just looks good from outside. It's just worst than a 3rd graded lodge. Don't know how they connected with OYO. They don't even deserve 1 star!!

Worst place ever visited. Reception hall doesn't have any workable air conditioning. There is no provision of any kind of fans . The rooms are the worst, maintained below humane standard. Once in any blue moon the toilets are cleaned. The staircase is broken , no provision of any lift facility. And the list goes on ..... Overall if anyone want to attend a decent hotel please avoid this place.

Worst experience : Very dirty environment, bad smells everywhere, dirty water, commode was dancing . key was not handed over as lock was broken. all luggage required to shift whenever going out. But most important thing was that the two irresponsible arrogant unprofessional person managing the whole property.

Good only Sleeping...Food ok,Not so good.. Service ok.. Location some Distance...

It was a horrible hotel, no service, no restaurant, no lift, worst staff behaviour , I have not stayed there but paid for 2 days. How to apply for the Refund from OYO, No one from OYO responded, I was in great trouble.

I wish I could mark less than 1 star... very bad experience. Bad covers were very much dirty & the behavior of the stuff were the worst. I will never suggest anyone to stay there.

Good rooms, but locality it is situated in has an odd smell
