Hotel Stay Inn

The food was good, but the room was Unhygienic, it's kind of a couple's hotel. They also said it. And it's not bad, but the worst thing is that they didn't maintain the cleanliness properly. The pillow cover and bedsheet have disgusting marks on top and I found ladies hair on the floor. I truly believe in Google ratings that's why I booked it. But it was not that good. Positive - Service was good, room interior was good, pricing was good... Negative - Unhygienic, cleanliness

I had previously given a good review about the hotel, but I was forced to delete it today. Because I had such a bad experience at this hotel that I never expected, never in my service life. I have stayed in many hotels in many states. So I will inform the Cooch Behar Hotel Association about the matter.

Receptionist's behaviour was so bad. He doesn't know how to talk, how to behave with guests. After the payment I asked him for a receipt copy he refused and asked me 300 more for GST. They charged me 200 more for the AC. Poor Service experience. We waited 1 hour for the room cleaning. They didn't even provide us a towel , blanket and a soup.

I along with my wife spent four nights in hotel Stay In,at cooch behar and gather wonderful experience of a very pleasant and happy stay. We were overwhelmed with the cordial behaviour of every staff in the reception counter.The courtesy shown and cooperation extended by him had been in true sense awesome.

Booked through Make my trip. Not good hotel to stay. It is zero star hotel but mentioned in MMT as 3 star hotel.However staffs are well behaved.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 days and had a great experience.The staff were very friendly and courteous.the room was clean.and the bathroom was well maintained.Room service was available 24*7, making my stay even more comfortable.Overall it was a good experience.

This is a good hotel. But from the last time I am not getting proper service. Each and everyday it is to remember for a towel or blanket. Food quality is good but avoid biryani cause this is totally harder for chew.

The room was very good interior design reallyamazing, the staff was very good, the receptionist was very good and helpful and the air was good. Location is 5 start. This hotel is best especially for couples. Need to attention to the cleaning, it will give you 5 start rating
