They should repaint the walls of room and change the furniture. Looks too old. Price was reasonable though.

Total waste of money, worst service ever: 1. AC doesn't work 2. Hygiene not maintained 3. No cook for breakfast; was called at 10 am post asking 4. Mosquitoes hovering and biting at night

Previously well furnished and budget friendly for office tour and family. But the management is very Orthodox and no proper maintenance are going on towards the customs satisfaction.

Few years ago this was a very decent and good hotel in Coochbehar. But as time goes on, it has become average one. The rooms are not clean properly. And also not well decorated. Staffs are good but not up to the expectations. But if you are traveling alone with a low budget or want to stay here for a night only, then you can stay here. The plus point is the hotel is in beside of the main road and hospital, market are present nearby. Thank you!

Few rooms need maintenance and cleaning. Other rooms are fine though. But the bathrooms are disgusting. They are dirty and need maintenance. The hotel needs a proper renovation.

It was not that happy stay during my visit ........ My brother-in-law has lost his Pant. We use to go out side hotel room for our work. Keeping the hotel room (Room No. 102) locked and handed over the Key to the Reception counter. It has now only come to our notice that the pant is lost during our stay in the hotel. I am really very very sorry for the incident.

Our room was big with a road facing balcony...airy but in the bathroom the gyser was not working....we didn't inform d reception. due to hot weather, it was ok without gyser... there's a leakage from commode systern..due to which water was flowing continuously...we had to off d commode tap so that water is not wasted...food was so delicious and so reasonable price... service was extraordinary....i would recommend this property....
