Hotel Royal Palace

Food quality is very poor.We ordered nuns and Kulcha which were harder than a rock. The waiters gave us a torn 50 rupees note as exchange and refused to take the note back. Rooms are well maintained and clean. Swimming pool was full of dead bodies of flies and other insects.

I had a very disappointing experience at Gulmohar Royals Hotels. The management was highly unprofessional, and their hospitality left much to be desired. They failed to deliver on multiple promises that were made during booking, including amenities and services that were part of the package. Despite charging premium prices, the quality of service was subpar and not worth the cost. Communication was poor, and the staff seemed uninterested in resolving issues or ensuring a pleasant stay. Overall, the experience was frustrating and far from what I expected. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Such a pathetic owners and staff. They are very rude to elders. They don't keep their lift operational and people have to climb 4 floors. Half of the time you will find that the lift is occupied by their own staff to climb till first floor and they don't give guest the priority at all. They will LOCK YOU inside when u don't give full payment because of their ridiculous service. Request you to please check with me first before visiting the premise. If you guys have self esteem then pls retain from visiting this place. Kindly refrain yourself from big events.

Recently visited to the bar amigos which is inside the hotel gulmohar i had a excellent experience there specially to Bar manager mr. Ramen he is an absolute fantastic mixologist and his team mate mr. Koushik who suggested me lots of drinks and his service was outstanding me and my family thanking them and the gulmohar hotels for providing us such a great experience. Thanks a lot

Horrible experience. Staffs here don't know how to behave with the guests. They enter in the room with the master key without permission and information. All senior staff including the manager are very unprofessional and they do not want to hear any complaints for the staff. Think 1000 times before booking and after that cancel the plan of booking and still you want to book then pleae contact me. Rest God may bless you with your booking at this resort.

I have been multiple times in Gulmohar Royals, the Amigos is an awesome place I found in Coochbehar, I ever found. And the services are too good. Ramen Paul the bar attender is a brilliant person who have taken care of us a lot. Special Thanks to Mr. Ramen Paul
