Hotel Poddar Residency

Price is very highly without proper service and they even don't have landline phone in rooms.I had very bad experience in this hotel.. very dusty and they even charge more then what they have displayed their room price infront of reception in small chart. I think it's not fare they said it's deluxe room without any facilities... That reception girl was rude she talks like we can't effort a deluxe room.. plz charge what price you have displayed

Booked well in advance form Hotel.com site but on arrival they straight way denied the booking despite of online recipient of booking stating that they are not taking any bookings online. Good arrangements for harrasment. No body even bothered to inform this prior to arrival at property. Avoid advance payment and do at your own risk.

Very Poor experinece . Room AC Not working. Bathroom shower is not operational. Front office desk is pathetic . After confirmation of room over phone , when we reach hotel fornt office team clearly told room not available due to bulk booking of some family marraige.

Rooms are good but manager behaviour is so rude and food was also tasteless.. not satisfied...

Most of the items found in your resturant was not at all satisfactory. Food quality is not standard. Attendants need training to attain customer properly. Just at entry point they refused us to enter saying that the resturant is closed but when we refered about the telephonic talk with you,they allowed and lastly they accepted that their chief chef is not available so many of the items were not able to be served. Although when we entered the resturant 2-3 tables were already been occupied and food was served. If it was open then why they refused us or if it was closed they why they later accepted us to enter?

Very bad in terms of service. No stars isn't an option. Location and rooms are good though.

Rooms are good and cozy. Services to be improved. Situated at the heart of the town.
