Overall not good feeling. 1. Room service will get inside the room without knocking. 2. Pillows feels like made of multiple small stones. 3. Bed cushion will complement pillows. 4. No exhaust fan in toilet,very low light. Feels bad when you provided such room @ above Rs.1500.00 per night. 5. No electric kettle, no tea pouch, one glass tumbler was there with broken edges. 6. Room service staffs ware so rude, by force they will spray room freshner. After that they will tell you,'jake bolar bolun' 'jisko bolna hain bolo'.

Rooms need to be cleaner. There were stains and marks on the walls. Spider webs and stuff. Bathroom needs a ventilator. Food was good and staff were good too. Could be much better if they work on the rooms honestly

Very good hotel, room rent is reasonable. All food menu has a half plate option so you can adjust it with your pocket, which most of the hotels doesn't offer. No disturbance you will feel. Just need to improve on cleanliness of bathroom & room floor. Linens are very clean. I will visit again if visit Coochbehar.

Location is pretty good. You can find almost everything within walking distance. It has an in-house restaurant which serves good quality food, but price is a bit higher. Room size is good and washroom is neat and clean. Staff behaviour and room service is very satisfactory.

Excellent accommodation with great quality food.. Total value for money. All the hotel stuffs are well behaved, well dressed with very good room service. I personally recommend to all the tourists that you all should come and stay here for a great experience.

A budget stay in nice location.. nearest to bus depo and in the heart of market area... rooms are quite good as per budget.. Spacious..Clean..U can visit coochbehar palace by just taking a Toto.. staffs are helpful..They have 3 floors to offer...U can order food from their in-house restaurant but little bit costly...If u will stay at top floor,have to go by stairs..No lift facility available...
