HOTEL CAPITAL RESIDENCY

I am not sure how this hotel could have gotten a 3.8 rating on goIbibo platform. It should not get any thing more than 2. The platform must be getting hefty amount as commission from the owners and hence sending unsuspecting visitors to this hotel. I am attaching some pictures of the room. The bathroom door knob doesn't work, the shower knob is completely broken, there is mold all around the room. At night there were some fly like insects in the room. In the name of toiletry all we were provided was a medimix soap !!! The only positive is the location and the behavior of the staff, they were very courteous and helpful. Oh and yes, i have been to hotels in 3 countries never have i faced a situation where the hotel ran out of water. This is in no way a family friendly hotel. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Good interior, classic rooms, service is very good. Staff behaviour is very nice. Right choice to stay. And proper location.

The hospitality of the hotel Capital Residency is really outstanding.. Staffs and Manager is really good.. Superbly outstanding

This place is filled with filthy junks of liquor bottles and cigarette smokes. The boy attendant at reception ( I suppose the name is Lucky) is horrible. He is unprofessional and irresponsible. We had a booking for 11 heads during 12th Oct 2024, which was confirmed 4 months beforehand. Still we didn't recived 4 rooms on time. The check out time was 11am but we had to wait 12pm to 1.45 pm . After that we were compelled to alter our booking. The rooms weren't cleaned on time and after cleaning ,heaps of trash was left outside the rooms. In the room, the ash tray wasn't cleaned and the corridor was filled with stink . Never try to avail the hotel. This is not a family hotel and there's no safety for guests and illegal deeds ( had a glimpse of stripping in the hotel) are done here. NEVER BOOK THE HOTEL.

Faltu hotel. Me and my husband went coochbehar and I found this hotel very good. So I thought of staying there. But when We reached there, We asked the staff If there any room is available in their hotel, And they directly informed us no. Even though we had our real Identity proof, They did not allow us to stay at their residency just because i didn't wear sindoor or mangal sutra. When I checked on the other like MakeMyTrip and other platforms for room booking there is showing that there was room available in the hotel. Even though they don't have right to judge us on the basis of our dress up or sindoor. They should ask us if we have marriage certificate or not. So that's it. Faltu jagah and faltu ke log
