It's a nice hotel,And behaviour of the staffs are too polite

Nice place to stay and location is good, centre of the city best for working people.

First of all I would like to say about the location of the hotel which is quite accessible and situated at the heart of the city, well connected from every side of the city. Now coming to the rooms and service. As I was in the hotel for long 8 days and it was a single bedroom the room was quite small but it was not at all problematic. The main issue was the bed. The bedsheet was too dirty and was torn here and there. I have asked the staffs to change it but they simply don't cared to think upon it. Same thing was also for pillow cover. The service is too bad and they don't even know how to knock or call the guests when the room is locked. Hope the authority will look into this matter and try to rectify those cons.

Those who looks for budget hotels with safety & security should prefer this one. I booked a single bed room and i found the space was enough for me. The room including the toilet was very clean and the service was excellent. Quality of food was great at reasonable price.

Average quality hotel. Room service not so good. Location is good.

The mattress was dirty and moist and the floor seemed to have not been wiped for quite sometime. However, geyser, AC and TV were working fine and most importantly, the per-day rate of staying was impressively low.

Ok for sales people like us

The rooms are straight out of a 100 year old haunted mansion. There's damp on the walls, the paint is coming off. And the bed! Feels like its made of stone slabs. The washroom needs some serious cleansing. Management and staffs were pretty lousy too.
