HOTEL AKASH GANGA

It was in a good and quiet location. The room was very clean and luxuary. We loved the room service . Overall we had a great experience . I would recomen It .

Rooms and location is ok . Rooms are little small though . The problem lies elsewhere . There is no room service ( food ) at the hotel making it difficult in the morning when you need a cup of tea or breakfast without getting out side . Also, they run on full advance payment which is bizarre.I booked two rooms ( by paying 25% advance without any acknowledgement from hotel) and my guests were getting disturbed for payment in between their stay .I was super embarrassed. Very poor experience. Unless they change it , they would not get recommended.

This property are newly built in town of cooch Behar town. In this property rooms are very neet clean and hygiene so I recommend to everyone for make a booking for purpose of staying in cooch Behar the property are located in very accessible distance from Cooch Behar bus stand
