Blue Diamond Hotel and Restaurant

This is the second property I tried in Chinsurah. When I walked in, various staff were just lounging around. After seeing a couple of rooms and being offered a supposed discount, I could tell both from experience over a month of appropriate room prices and the behaviour of two staff members that I was being substantially overcharged. When politely challenged, the receptionist/manager just said 'Go' ... which I was happy to do.

We recently hosted a Rice Ceremony at the banquet of Hotel Blue diamond. MR Gaurango Biswas is very accommodating and has carefully catered to all.pir requirements. We had arranged catering from a different vendor, and even they had a smooth experience in all arrangements. Decor was also top notch. Highly recommend this place for small parties (below 300 people). Nite: You can also book rooms for your guests, they are clean and spacious. Many thanks for making our special day memorable

Location is good if you are not traveling with personal car as they don't have parking. Rooms at front portion are the worst and damp. Service is very poor.

Restaurant is very beautiful with a cosy Environment perfect for spending a family evening. All the foods were delicious

We were searching for a restaurant where we could have dinner on Saptami night, and we found this place. We didn't have to wait for a table that day, unlike at other restaurants. We had some starters (I forgot the name). For the main course, we had kulchas, chicken bharta, and one more chicken dish (I also forgot its name). The food was good, we enjoyed it.

Bathrooms are from another planet. Instead of outward flow you'll find out inward flows. Nice to observe this unique feature that you'll be not able to find anywhere in planet Earth.

I recently stayed at [Blue Diamond], and while the facility itself was acceptable, my experience with the staff was disappointing specially # (Provat ). I encountered several instances where staff members demanded tips in a forceful manner, which was both uncomfortable and unprofessional. Tipping should be a voluntary gesture of appreciation, but at this hotel, it felt like an expectation rather than a choice. This experience significantly affected my overall satisfaction with my stay. I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure a more respectful and pleasant experience for future guests.
