CHILAPATA BANIA RIVER VIEW RESORT

We stayed at this resort for two nights and were really impressed with their hospitality. The food was delicious and of great quality. The staff were always available and eager to help. Overall, we were very satisfied with the service and their friendly attitude.

If u have plenty of money and u want to waste then visit this resort. Worthless Resort . I don't suggest to go on this resort bcoz the staff is all time drunkur, he visits room again and again disturb too much. I heard this resort owner surveillance all our activities by camera from Kolkata. May be he record also. Specially no family place. It is Just for enjoying place. Location is in very remote area. Property is not maintained just want to gain profit. Room is quite wide but not hygienic. In toilet u can't stay for a 5 minutes very dirty toilet. Electric switches not work properly. Restaurant food rate is too much expensive, quality too poor. I recommend not to come on this property. Very Bad Experience

The day we reached this property , the rooms didn't look much impressive and the reluctance, very aloofness of the owner( who was not physically present there) put us ,a group of 9, into a very bad mood. But the two helping hands of this property are gems and the owner should be grateful to them, for managing the guests soooooo well. The food is tasty, sumptuous and served with lots of care. The trip of 1 day was fruitful just because of these two people. The property is very far from the main check post, so difficult to access. The rooms on the first floor are spacious, but the cottages which should have been the best, were not much impressive, poorly lit and small. The owner is now accusing us of cancelling the orders..but didn't mention us of threatening by cancelling the rooms, when we raise d the issue of nor getting appropriate, clean rooms. The message for preparing the lunch was given much in advance and then found the food was not ready and the safari jeeps almost reaching to pick us up. If asked, we would have happily paid for it. Anyway , thank you team for compensating all the lacunae by your warmth and good hospitality.

Being a regular traveler and pet lover I found this place is awesome . I respect them who love innocent voiceless . I believe they all are the gifts of God.. so my baby enjoyed a lot.. Great view of rivers from both sides of the room called BANIA... add on excellent hospitality with tasty food of ganguly dada.. two small huts as an option for stay ..spent two days peacefully in the lap of nature. Would love to visit again..

Everything is bad except eating and drinking. Especially the electrical system of the room. Condition machine is useless despite taking air conditioned room. It was very dangerous to take small children to this second class i.e. B rated resort. Everyone should think carefully before going to this resort.

Great staff, really courteous and helpful behaviour. The rooms are clean and spacious. The dining area is also pretty cool. There's not a lot of space inside this resort, but overall we enjoyed our stay here. The Kaljani river is very close by. The Buri Basra river is very much visible from the balcony of the first floor of the resort. There are open grounds all around this property. So many exotic birds are found chirping around this place all the time.
