I have stayed here for 3 nights ,I came as a business client staffs are really helpful they helped me in every aspect like food,water,etc. their behaviour was just like 5 start hotel ,on clicking the room bell,they came in seconds and served me well,the parking space was very good for my Friends's Creta and My Fortuner Car,It has really a big parking area.The best hotel in farakka

Vey nice hotel, Its service, parking area, Food quality is totallly amazing, the best hotek in the region... Big trucks and car can be parked in the hotel easily.. It is also a banquet hall for marriage purposes, Evey marriage ceremony is well celebrated and well organised by the hotel, The rooms are the best... The best hotel as i have stayed here for a month for our business meetings

The poor attitude of the staff made my stay uncomfortable, and for that reason, I cannot recommend this hotel. A hotel is more than just its rooms; the service matters, and at Hotel stay INN, it was severely lacking.

People probably stay here only because there is no other option. That being said, the rooms are dirty, the bathroom is somewhat clean yet smells a lot. Broken bathroom doors, dirty bed sheets, spider cobweb and malfunctioning ACs are to be expected. Absolutely zero hospitality and rude behaviour from the reception incharge. The only plus point is its parking area.

Good place to stay , staff cooperative and you get your daily needs nearby including foods.

I have stayed in a couple of hotels in Farakka earlier and every time I have been disappointed. This one is no exception to that. The hotel has a good location, on the main arterial road of Farakka which also houses the other major hotels of this place, some of which I have stayed earlier in. But the overall standard is very low. Room is shabby, bad linen, has a bad smell, disoriented furniture and bed and a very poorly lit and badly stained bathroom. So after all this please tell e would anyone with a minimum sense of standards put up here? Well for me this is the last time. The hotel however had one advantage and that was parking. I could keep my car safely inside. And yes, one more thing, Farakka is very hot in summers and like I said earlier since the hotel is located in the main arterial road there is a lot of truck movement through the front doors of the hotel which makes it very polluted. So an ac room is a must.

On the way from Bhubhaneswar to Kolkatta, needed a place to crash for the night and went here. Though it is listed as a hotel, it is just a lodge type place with filthy rooms, bedspreads & blankets. AC is there, bathroom is ok. Food will be delivered from some other places they have tie up with and takes a long time. Only good thing is it is quite safe for family, they lock the main gate in the night. Car park in front of the building, adequate for small cars.
