This place is just next to nature. People will love this place. In the left and the front side you can find forest and in the right the greenery field is situated. Furthermore this is budget friendly and couple friendly. This is probably not good for family. However, the main drawback of it is the rooms are not well decorated but these are spacious.

Good resort with facilities like geyser. Cottages are appealing too but bed is and mattress is hard. Washrooms are clean and big. Well spaced for outdoor activities and good dining hall. Just due to two things didnt scored 5 Stars 1 is the mattress and other the garden is no so well maintained.
Nice place to stay with your family, from and to Darjeeling. And the name is no fake. In the morning you can really see a lot of parrots in the huge trees in the compound. Staffs are good enough and food is average. Murti river is close enough and nearby market is in evening walking distance. Excellent place to spend a few days with your friend and family...
I decided to visit Dooars having heard about the area throughout childhood and booked Tiyabon resort as part of my trip in the last week of January 2016 with parents, while in Kolkata for annual holiday from London.||||First of all, this is not 5-star posh Caribbean resort and you should not expect this to be considering the money you're forking out. What it was, is a brilliant boutique resort on a decent limited budget. Any shortcomings in the accommodation were more than overcome by extreme courteous nature of management and support staff, especially Tapash (Manager), Uttam (Assistant) and Madam (Chef).||The resort spreads across a couple of acres with individual different standalone rooms in the form of "Huts".We stayed there for three nights and were upgraded after the first.||You won't have a Michelin star a-la-carte menu but the menu will have an excellent flavour of Bengal. A mutton / chicken/ fish /egg meal will suffice your appetite. These come with rice / bread/ lentil soup / mixed veg and main course. You do have nice options for breakfast and evening snacks. Make sure your order at least 3 hours in advance.||The management as mentioned before was quite helpful in sorting transportation to and from Bagdogra Airport ( our in-bound flight was delayed) and also arranging forest safari to Gorumara National Park and local sign-seeings viz. Bindu, Samsing etc.||||Pros : ||1) Excellent location in the middle of dooars.||2) Wonderfully courteous management and support staff helping you all the way.||||Cons: ||1) No wifi in the rooms. Need to travel to reception to access free of cost. Guess it's more to do with infrastructure in the area rather than the resort. You would also struggle to get 3G in the rooms.||2) Nights can be extremely cold with tin-shades on top of individual huts don't provide enough protection from cold.||||Tips: Try to get huts 3 or 4.
Excellent place surrounded by mother nature... Excellent food and Accommodation. Very spacious outdoor and rooms also ... Staffs behaviour is so cordial.... Owner is a very nice person... Overall a good experience...
Tiyabon Resort - a must stay place if you are visiting Chalsa, Gorumara, Murti, Chapramari and Khunia. Very well conceived, the Resort is a place in close proximity of the Gorumara Reserve yet one feels like being in the midst of the jungle. It is away from the cacophony of the market yet very near it, and you can hire a toto or even walk down to buy anything you want. Keeping in view the surrounding, the cottages are very comfortable and beautifully designed to match the environment of the jungle nearby. Staff are very helpful and always willing to serve you better. Food is good.Tiyabon helps organise your safari to the nearby jungles of Gorumara, Murti and Chapramari at very reasonable costs. Very good place to stay. Nearby is a heli-pad. Just walk down to that place early morning and get a glimpse of the snow peaks of Bhutan
Just after the crossing Khariar Bunder Beat we were amazed to see the entrance of the resort. Take a left and you are inside. A good area to park your car, the reception is of unique type...so cozy.||Yes you have to walk a little bit if you are allotted cottages 1 to 4 but the walk is like a tiny trail inside nature. ||Every cottage wear a different attire....some big and some small but very cozy and nicely dressed interior. Combination of AC and Non AC Cottages are for every budget customers. ||Coming to food-no complain. Service-Excellent,Housekeeping-Excellent,Pets-Allowed,Staffs-very cooperative. ||For children- parents unwind them to the huge play ground. For Parents- Please do ask for Tribal Dance, they arrange the same.||Yes this place is not suitable for people who loves to stay inside the city area with lots of activities. This is a scenic, nature and bird lovers paradise.Peace and tranquility is what you get.||If you want a very good mobile connectivity you won't get that.there is network drop inside the Resort.||The name "Tiya Bon" is Jungle of Parrots- Yes the name goes perfect.
Nice place with well decor rooms and landscapes. Especially the garden area and the pathway. The lawns are well maintained and are liked by the kids. Staffs are well behaved and polite. Will truly visit once again..
