I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Kalimpong. The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The housekeeping staff provided outstanding service throughout.||I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kalimpong.||A special mention goes to the restaurant staff--Mr. Dipankar, Ms. Sumitra, and Mr. Ayush--whose hospitality was truly exceptional. They took great care of us and made our dining experience memorable. I'd also like to appreciate the hotel's cook, whose delicious food added to the overall fantastic experience.

Had a fantastic stay experience at Fortune Kalimpong. The rooms are very well furnished and equipped. The property is located at an ambient place, not very far off from the main market but no so close as to drag you to the hustle bustle of the town. But the star of this resort is it's service. Right from check-in all the way to check out, it was seamless. A special call out to Mr. Pushkar, our housekeeping manager and Mr. Raju Roy, our housekeeping help who made sure that our stay was as comfortable and hassle free as it could be. The restaurant Zodiac serves a wide range of mouth watering delicacies and trust me, the taste and price is unmatched- it's truly best in class. The restaurant and bar staff are the warmest and friendliest bunch you can come across. Again, a shout out to Mr Suraj who attended us exceptionally well at the bar and restaurant. Anyone traveling to Kalimpong, I would recommend this resort for sure. It will only augment your experience at this place.

Amazing service. Nikhil and Sumitra helped us with whatever we needed for breakfast and were very hospitable . The stay is amazing. Neat and clean property. The breakfast spread was good too. The location is great. It's on a hilltop. So the view is worth it.

The property's view and ambience was amazing. Food was well curated , keeping in mind taste of all ages . The staff Nikhil and Sumitra was very courteous and me and my family were well looked after. The rooms were spacious and well maintained with great view of the mountains.

Deepankar and sumitra were very efficient and helpful.... All other staff was also very polite and thoughtful. Ambience of the property is amazing.. will definitely come back. The garden and the pool are very well maintained with ample amount of space.

Mr dipanker served us with warmth and good service. Good ambience and hotel rooms . Good weather with customer friendly service . We have cone during May but the view from room is obscured by mistake and fog . I understood that winter is good for nice view of mountain from the hotel rooms

As usual a lavish breakfast, you get everything u want... Nikhil helped us with the breakfast...he bought everything for us whatever we wanted. Sumitra was very cordial n took every order with a smiling face.Should give a try here...highly recommended.
