Great property at a great location. Have loved every bit of the experience ever since I arrived here. The suite rooms are amazing with a great size. The food was very tasty no matter what we tried and the service was extremely fast. Everyone is so nice and polite here. Overall a very satisfying experience will definitely recommend a stay.

Very small room, may be 100 sq ft type with narrow bathroom space. However, rooms r very clean and maintained. Room service and food options are very limited with below average taste. Based on tariff, it's ok type and meant for just spending the night. No leisure stay and only advantage is the location.

I stayed here last weekend with my friends on a short trip to Shantiniketan and had the best time. The hotel is located reasonably close to Jambuni bus stand and the main road is only a short walk away. The staff were gracious and accommodating. They were very efficient and dedicated in addressing all our needs and made us feel comfortable and welcomed for the entire duration of our stay. The hotel even arranged a live performance of Baul Music during the evening which was captivating to witness.

Beautiful place to stay in santiniketan. ambience is good, cleanliness is up to the mark. Staffs are co operative but not so much swift at their job.

Had a really great experience here, the hotel is well located, rooms are clean and equipped with all basic amenities. They also arrange for local Shantiniketan tour and Baul Sangeet performance with bonfire at night which is definitely the best highlight of the trip. Also the staff is really helpful , prompt service.

Beautiful property. It's so quiet and peaceful there, kinda tucked in a residential area, but only two minutes off a main road with a bunch of shops and decent restaurants. The rooms were super comfy (especially the mattresses), and we had everything we need. They even set up a tour of nearby places and some AWESOME local music, and the staff was super accommodating regarding anything we needed. The courtyard is beautiful - having coffee out in the sunshine there was the best way the start the day. The mosquitos were pesky, but they had repellents and, after all, it was monsoon season! Heard six or seven different kinds of birds, and the patter of the rain was lovely in the room and on the balcony. Absolutely recommend!

If you are planning for a trip to Shantiniketan to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, look no further than Utsab Hotel and Banquet!! Located only 10 minutes away from Bolpur Shantiniketan Railway Station, easily accessible by Toto rickshaw(Landmark: opposite Jamburi Durga Maath). They have access to Wi-Fi, Power Generation Backup. Foods were excellent and services were very prompt. I came here with my wife, and Iwould love to come back to Utsab every time I visit Shantiniketan. Hope you all will love too!

One of the best hotel nearby university and Sonajhuri haat.fresh and tasty food.Staffs are very co operative.
