Royal Palace Hotel

I have stayed here in November 2024 (23rd November, 2024). My overall experience was good. Room quality was quite good. I must mention, behaviour of the hotel manager was really good, he's very cooperative & humble at the same time hospitality was too good. Other staffs's behaviour was equally good. Suggestions: They should have 24 Hours staff at reception and a few rooms could have been better ventilation. They must work on water supply in bathrooms. Thank you!

Nice room.. Everything clean ... Near main road... No transportation problem... Good food served in the hotel.. Overall satisfied

Pathetic Room service!! They don't even check Whether there is pillow on the Bed Or not and when you are in need of the room service & calling at the reception at on 11:30 PM, no body picks up the call at reception!! Also they are charging higer than online booking and when you ask & show them the online price the manager would simply slap you saying that "Then you should have booked from Online!* REALLY PATHETIC BEHAVIOR! If your looking for a quality stay at Bolpur please avoid this hotel! Don't fall for the 3 Star logo!

Absolutely value for money (depends in which price you are getting it, for me double bed non AC 850). The manager (mana da) is very nice person. It offers a very quick check in, clear rooms, breakfast lunch, dinner was available in the hotel (with room service). Lift facility is available. Viswabharati campus 10 minutes by toto ( 30 rs per head). Happy staying.

Room was clean and hygiene with ample amount of space. Location is very convenient and Hospitality was very good. Recommend this hotel .

Staff behaviour is very bad and they are very unprofessional. Never ever book any room in this hotel.

Rooms are very clean and well-maintained. But the room service is very poor. We ordered 2 tea in the morning before going for sightseeing but we didn't get it. They told us we will get dinner in room at night. But latter they asked to come ground floor resturant for dinner. Otherwise excellent rooms and staff behaviour is very good and polite. Price is also very affordable and cheap comparing to the location and rooms
