Although the location is away from the main road, the surroundings are beautiful. Rooms are excellent with respect to the price. Room service is excellent. Housekeeping is excellent. Staff behaviour is very very good. Excellent home style food Over all an excellent place to enjoy with family and friends.

During our recent trip to Santiniketan, we had the pleasure of staying at Mayabon Resort, Bolpur, and it was an incredible experience. The resort offers a serene and peaceful environment, perfect for those looking to unwind and connect with nature. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities provided. The staff was exceptionally courteous and attentive, ensuring we felt at home throughout our stay. The food was delicious, offering a variety of dishes that catered to all tastes. The only minor drawback was the location, as it is situated slightly on the outskirts of Bolpur. However, the tranquility and lush green surroundings more than made up for it. In fact, the seclusion adds to its charm for those seeking a break from the hustle and bustle. Overall, Mayabon Resort is highly recommended for anyone visiting Santiniketan. It provides a perfect blend of comfort, hospitality, and natural beauty. We'd definitely love to return!

Rooms are really good , big in size , 24 hours provided hot water , the staffs are really very helpful. We really enjoyed . Thanks Mayabon resort for giving us such good ambiance and well maintained homely property to explore our short tour of Shantiniketan tour

Recently visited this Resort. Had a very good time over there with my family. Located in close proximity to Sonajhuri haat and Viswabharati campus. Coming to the Resort,it is very neat and clean and amidst nature. Perfect place to detox yourself in the lap of nature. Coming to the room, it's spacious enough for two people with huge attached bathroom.But it could be a bit clumsy if that room is shared by 3 adults as we experienced. Coming to the food, it's undoubtedly delicious. Authentic Bengali Thalis are served. And the taste is yummy. But a little suggestion would be if they could bring more variety to the food options. Because apart from authentic Bengali Thalis, other items are very average and taste is not up to the mark. Coming to the staff,each one of them is well behaved and knows hospitality. Lastly for the pricing part, due to 'Poush Mela' we found it overpriced. Hope in the other time of the year they would keep there pricing normal. Overall I would highly recommend everyone to stay at this resort atleast once during there visit to Shantiniketan trip.

We, 5 families (12 Adults and 2 Children) visited Mayabon Resort very recently. No words are enough to describe the overwhelming experience of staying here. I just can utter 3 words i.e. Excellent, Extraordinary, Fantabulous in all respect. The Property is amazingly clean, well maintained and very tastefully decorated with flowers and organic farming having with a large surrounding area. Anybody can spend 2 to 3 days here with friends and family with full of enjoyment. It is situated within 10 minutes distance from Sonajhuri Haat and Prantik station either side by toto. We spent 2 nights here, and I must say that the children and the elderly person of my family enjoyed the most during this stay. There is a Swing and other entertaining things for children and there is a temple too, inside the Property. I have observed that the priest comes every morning for worship. This is such a beautiful ambience over here, you just can't believe without being witnessed. The owner, Mr. Sanjay Karmakar is the most humble person and such a gentleman I hardly met in my life so far. Actually we booked 8 nos room previously for 17 persons but at the last time, due to some unavoidable circumstances, 5 persons of us cancelled their programmes. I informed the matter to Mr Karmakar and request him conveying this on a sincere note. Most astonishingly, he charged nothing for this back to back cancellation, neither penalty nor a single deduction. Even he didn't charge a single penny for two children of us. Another thing also to mention here that, after Checking out at 11 a.m., he allowed us to avail 2 rooms till our departure to catch Maa Tara Express at around 3:00 p.m. from Prantik. So, the hospitality is 10 out of 10 and could be more if possible. The staffs of the resort are so polite and well behaved. They give their best effort to provide a splendid vacation for anybody. Whatever and whenever we demanded for anything, they provided these with a very smiling gestures. Their appearance are so good and service are very prompt. Believe me, the fooding here is simply superb. I would like to mention the name of the Manager, Sujit Das also, such a wonderful guy he is to run this resort having taken so much care of the priorities and wishes of each and every guest. He can arrange the Baul Programme and Tribal Dance also according to choice of any guest. We observed Baul Sangeet, sitting in front of bonfire at night. It was such a wonderful experience indeed. So, according to me, if anybody likes to explore bolpur Shantiniketan along with all the visiting spots, go with Mayabon Resort blindly without a single hesitation. Our staying experiences are so good with the beautiful environment and ambience we got at Mayabon and will visit that place in future too undoubtedly.

We have just returned from Shantiniketan..we stayed here the Mayaban Resorts with our elderly members. Though it is little bit far from the main campus but the tanquility, calmness and the serenity of this place really enjoyable.. the hospitality of the stuffs are really splendid.. we will love to come here again to spend a great time..

Very beautiful place, all modern facilities are available, good staffs and their behaviour. Need to improve cooking quality...

Very good refreshing resort with all the facilities. Room service is very good. Food inside is can be improve. Location is too far from sonajhuri and main road. Best place to have some quality time with friends and family.
