Spacious & Comfortable Rooms The rooms were beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped with all modern amenities. The plush bedding, elegant decor, made it the perfect accomodation. Plus, the attention to detail, from the soft lighting to the well-maintained furniture, truly enhanced the experience. The service at Hotel Tulusi was nothing short of exceptional. Just a week ago , I stayed at this hotel with my parents and we had a nice experience. The staffs and the receptionists are cordial and prompt. The hotel and the rooms are neat and clean.The room , which we got was spacious and well-organized. Overall , yes to this hotel.

The food was so bad totally tasteless. We had ordered aloo paratha. There is literally no aloo in it. It was so plain. And in puri sabji there was no salt and the sabji was so tasteless. Had a very very bad experience.

I booked this hotel in very short notice. My experience is awesome. Rooms are well maintained. Staffs are very helpful. The hotel owner Mr. Debabrata babu is really a good person. He always tries his best to serve you. Foods are also well cooked and tasty. A rooftop restaurent is available. Location wise is also very convenient. Railway station and Viswabharati are equi-distant from the hotel location.

No to this hotel. I stayed with my parents on a Sunday for a 1night stay, I had a very very bad experience with their in house restaurant, I ordered chicken kadhai in lunch and the curry was burnt and burnt smell was there, one of the kitchen staff confirmed the same but the management was not ready to accept, I denied to have dinner but post their request I had only one piece of chicken with rice which they cooked freshly and this was a complimentary service from their side. At the time of check out they charged me the entire amount of the Kadhai Chicken when I asked they said you have pay even if you tasted the curry you will be charged. This was very much sad for me, I booked directly over phone but they experience I had it will remain with me for longer period of time. Sometimes we as a traveler adjust with many small or big issues with rooms or services but the person who serving us if he behaves rightly it creates our stay happier most of the times.

Great ambience with commendable staff and exquisite management ,,,, the best review is well deserved by all the employees ,,,,, the hotel has taken the saying - "Cleanliness is next to godliness" very seriously. Food is top notch. Great experience all over. Well behaved and magnificently executed system maintained throughout,, will surely visit again

We organised a family event in their restaurant. Very bad quality food served. None of the item was good. Food was barely edible. It was disappointing, especially considering it was supposed to be a special occasion. Overall restaurant's management has poor behaviour.
