Hotel Aayes & Resort

I recently stayed at the Aayes Hotel, which boasts a 4-star rating. My experience was a mixed bag, with some highs and lows. Upon arrival, I was excited to take a dip in the swimming pool. Unfortunately, it was not clean, which was a major letdown. To my disappointment, the pool was cleaned only on the last day of my stay, which was a bit too late. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, but I did notice that the bathroom lacked handwash, with only soap being provided. The food at the hotel was quite good, but the breakfast options were limited. Only puri sabzi and paratha sabji were available. What truly made my stay special was the exceptional service provided by one of the staff members, Lintu. He was extremely courteous, well-behaved, and took care of my needs with a smile. Kudos to Lintu for his outstanding hospitality! Overall, while there were some areas for improvement, my stay at Aayes Hotel was pleasant, thanks to the efforts of staff like Lintu. With a bit more attention to detail, this hotel has the potential to truly shine.

The food was overrated . Everything was charged even water ,no water purifier was there.The swimming pool was dirty and I would recommend not to go with the hotel pictures on its site . The garden was turned into a parking lot. But one thing which I found good from my experience by staying there is that hotel staff were well behaved . the hotel chef goes out before 10 pm, not getting morning tea, cold drinks & soft drinks which are in the menu card cannot be stored and served. as it mentioned outside food and drinks are not allowed

Beautiful property. Excellent room service. Really good and tasty food. Each and every staff member is a humble person. You can enjoy a quiet and pleasant stay.

Excellent Stay at Hotel Aayes & Resort! Had a wonderful time at Hotel Aayes & Resort. The swimming pool was clean and perfect for relaxation. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making our stay even better. Great service, comfortable rooms, and a peaceful ambiance. Highly recommend!

The food was delicious, with authentic Bengali flavors that felt like home-cooked meals. The peaceful ambiance added to the charm. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay in Shantiniketan!

100% Liars!!! If I could give this place zero stars, I would! This so-called "hotel" is an absolute nightmare, and the staff are the rudest, most incompetent people I have ever encountered. From the moment I stepped in, the receptionists acted as if I was invisible--no greeting, no assistance, just blank stares and attitude. The service? Non-existent.When I complained, the staff shrugged and walked away like they couldn't care less. To top it all off, the staff ignored guests' concerns and were downright rude. If you want to experience horrible customer service, disgusting rooms, and arrogant, unhelpful staff, this is the place for you. Otherwise, stay far, far away!

Nice experience... The ambience of this place is excellent, rooms are decent. Staff behavior is good, food quality & quantity is good but taste of tea is very 'bad'! The main problem..... there is no 'lift' in the 4/5th floor hotel & the staffs are very late riser!

A delightful stay at Aayes resort, very professional and staff behaviour is also very good. Staff Sandip Chowdhury is very helpful and made our stay a memorable Trip to Bolpur Shantiniketan.
