Emblic Hotel and Restaurant

Situated at main road. Small property. Big dirty drain on one side. Good service. Food excellent. Most bizarre is the washroom. Such a "narrow" washroom, should figure in some record book.

Visit for dinner in ground floor restaurant not attend for 10 mins then after request take order . No water ask by steward after request water given without any glass.very poor management food is tatsy ( white sauce pasta ).kindly improve your management

Rooms are very small...even their size of the bathroom is not fit enough for one person.room's door lock is not working properly.room service is pathetic.you have to wait nearly for 30-45mints for getting your morning tea.it can be reached upto 1 hour or more if you order the breakfast also.they served us ice cold chicken sandwich which is directly comes from fridge.overall our staying experience is not very well in this hotel.if anyone's wants to go here then go at your own risk. ***Only the dinner was served by them is quite good.*** That is the only positive point about them.

Awesome stay and delicious food I have never expect this from a budget friendly hotel.. every thing is beyond expectations which creates a wow factor. Staffs are also very polite and well behaved. I recommend to all to visit Hotel Emblic.

Worst room given by them. Right now only I am staying. While booking i told to give two adjacent rooms but in arrival the receptionist said that they had no idea of giving adjacent rooms. They said booking is done by sales team and allotment of rooms done from reception. One room was okay but other was preety small even it was difficult to keep luggage. I told many a times to change the room but they said rooms are all booked. I will never recommend this hotel to any one nor I will ever choose this place. Basically they are cheaters.

Room Service: Room service was prompt and efficient, ensuring a hassle-free dining experience. Amenities: The rooms were well-equipped with amenities like Wi-Fi, a geyser, and a balcony, enhancing our comfort. Location: The hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to ATMs, pharmacies, and the local market, making it convenient for all our needs. Noteworthy Points: No Lifts: The hotel does not have a lift, which might be a concern for guests with mobility challenges. Small Washrooms: While the rooms are comfortable and well-maintained for the budget, the washrooms are quite small, barely accommodating one person at a time. Luggage Handling: Guests might need to carry their luggage from the entry gate to their room as there might not be assistance available. Overall-Despite these minor drawbacks, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Emblic. The exceptional food, comfortable rooms, and convenient location made it a memorable experience. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shantiniketan and would gladly stay here again in the future.

It is a great place to stay. The behaviour of all the staff is great. But the service is worst. I recommend u guys to eat food outside.

The worst hotel and worst services we travel during Poush Mela 2024. The food quality is very poor no room servicing poor management and poor ambience. The hotel staff using abusive language and very unsafe to stay with family cause there is a bar inside the hotel which makes uncomfortableness for family members. Very poor and very pathetic
