Location wise bit far from heart of Shantiniketan. However it's location is the USP. One of the best decorated resorts. Amenities are very good. Swimming pool is well maintained. Service is up to the mark. Beautiful mark of Santorini Island Greece. If you want to spend a weekend away from your daily world this is a perfect place.

The architecture and furnishing of the hotel is amazing. It is also located a bit outside the city right in the middle of the countryside. It is a place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. However, the hotel is not managed professionally. It is difficult to find anyone at the reception. We feel that the staff is not trained properly and the food can be improved substantially. Under proper management the hotel can be a winner

One word, excellent. The name of the resort has been a synonym to our experience. Its unique, beautiful and we had an amazing experience. If you like tranquility and calmess then this is the perfect place. Courteous staff, especially Mr Saheb who ensured that the guests were comfortable and prioritized hassle free check-in and great service. The theme of the resort was unique, the decor had great aesthetic and it shows the effort which went into planning and maintaining this property.

A hotel where you can stay in calm. It's a beautiful hotel. Picture perfect place. Foods were delicious, rooms were clean , perfectly organised. Beautifully decorated and well maintained hotel.

Utterly charming Santorini-styled resort with every detail and colour mimicking the Cycladian architecture - took us back to our time in real Santorini few years back! We had taken the top room with jacuzzi and did not regret the huge space and facilities provided. Boutique resort with about 20 well appointed rooms, all amenities, clean, personalised service, good food and in a quiet location surrounded by fields. Shall stay here again if we return.

Very peaceful stay, every member of the staff was very helpful. We had a small get together planned for the family along with the stay and that was executed very well too. Every one was super nice. Must must visit place. The rooms were great and the pool view is amazing!

Soul less wonder! In the middle of the meadow, designed with a theme of Santorini, Aananda Resort put a lot of effort to design the rooms, ambience, surroundings beautifully. Be it the series of Bougainvillea outside, colorful bathroom, thoughtful amenities including telephone near Jacuzzi, or a spacious, clean room with modern lights and fittings, in every corner you'll find a designer mind! The sad part is the service, the soul of the hospitality! You have to be disappointed if you're looking for a smile from the Reception staff or any luggage assistance during check out or any proactive welcome when you arrive at the resort. Unfortunately, the basics of hospitality is completely missing, be it greeting or smile. The food is ok, the restaurant service is prompt but you may experience someone is serving you a coffee looking somewhere else or not even sharing a word or smile. So, overall, with an amazing effort of making a beautiful resort, the warmth, kindness or care is absent. The etiquette of hospitality is yet to practice.
