OYO 30449 Green Chilli

I was staying in room no 105 The room is decent for staying if its 2 people then its good but if its 3 or 4 then its kinda a little problem ! The balcony is nice and the floor attendants behaviour is good! The service is also decent ! But there is a problem with the network connectivity during the night!overall a good to go!

Most hunted hotel. Wash room was very bad. Don't visit in this hotel

A very good Hotel in affordable rate. Good room service and gents behaviour. The food quality is also very good according to the price. The ambience is also very romantic since the rooms are with warm yellow lights. One with Business trips or trips with friends and surely have this hotel. The family tourist are also giving a big rooms for accommodation. The Restaurant, Free Wifi and gents behaviour, Clean rooms makes this overall a perfect place for tour lodging in shantiniketan.

Beautiful rooms . Ans service is good

Rooms are pathetic..We got a broken door with a broken latch.The wardrobe is also broken.they don't want to change the beedshit until we asked for the same.The balcony is very small with no place for drying your washed cloths. Bathroom is so so,with not that much hygiene.we have to use a single towel for our three days stay.They don't give you any toiletries at all,not even a single rs soap.Now if we comes to food,there is also we found disappointment,all foods are more or less with less salt.they don't give you any napkin and salt/pepper with your room service food..We are asking two to three times & then only get a spoon.They eating plates are very dirty..Also they understand housekeeping means only dusting,no mopping..Only pro's with this hotel is their staff's.they are politie and willing to help you whenever you asking for the same..

My room no. was 304. I wasn't aware that Go Ibibo booked rooms are the standard rooms at Green Chilli, I will say it was not even standard, it was below standard. |If I would have booked direct - then they would have given me better rooms.|I initially thought that I would take some photos of the room, but later on I didn't take. |1. The bathroom had a tap where the hot water was a central supply. The shower did not had the mix hot & cold water supply. |2. The water was not clean for bathing etc. |3. The room had small tiny cockroaches. |4. The bedsheet & the pillow covers were not at all neat & clean.|5. The hotel room (room no.304) overall was more than below standard category room with long time no renovation done it seems.|I will never suggest people to book these rooms - though the booking amount via GoIbibo was comparatively less, but I felt it would have been better to book direct for the other better standard rooms available. |
