Hotel Central Plaza

The hotel has Clean and spacious rooms with all required amenities. They have room service where you can order basic breakfast and beverages. They do have in room dining option. Staffs are very courteous, helpful and very well mannered. I came to bolpur to attend a literary conference and the venue was nearby the hotel. The staffs guided us very nicely about the route and other sight seeing options.. i definitely recommend this hotel when you are travelling with family.

Hotel Central plaza is located in a prominent place of Bolpur Shantiniketan, very nearby to Railstation, busstand and other important places . Here service is very good. Rooms are available in reasonable price. Rooms are spacious, clean. Specially Manager Tutulda is very good, friendly and looks after all over. other staffs are also polite and helpful. I would recommend to stay here .

Really nice hotel overall great experience

It's a decent hotel to stay for a day or two during your visit. The staffs behavior is found to be good and the service was good. Though for parking you have to face some difficulty as they do not have onsite parking, rather they ask you to park your car in their other facility which is 500 mtrs or so far from their place. They do not have kitchen and/or cafeteria on premise however they offer you food in the room as they bring it from outside (menu in the room is available). Rooms are clean so the bathrooms. They take payments via all mode cash, upi and cards.

The hotel has no rules and regulations, another customer is sitting in the gallery drinking and smoking till 1 am and shout out loudly, but nothing happened when calling the reception. Mandatory next day we changed the hotel.
