Everything about this hotel is excellent, with a convenient location that makes it easy to reach nearby attractions. The rooms are decent and suitable for two people, while the bathrooms are fairly clean with a reliable 24-hour hot water supply. The staff are friendly and polite, and the hotel's restaurant serves tasty food at very reasonable prices. However, the only drawback is the poor water quality, which appears dirty. Unfortunately, despite my repeat visits since 2020, there has been no improvement in this aspect. Overall, this hotel offers great value for its price and is a good choice for those on a budget.

The Hotel was good, but rooms are very small as compared to their rate. There was some issues with water, it was not clean enough to bath or wash clothes. There were Free WiFi connection, Food quality was good and staffs were helpful too, have parking facility.

Everything was fine and comfortable except room size. It could have been a little larger. Staffs were helpful too. There is a Scope of improvement in breakfast menu. Folk song in dining hall was the best thing we have enjoyed.

Rooms are clean, food is tasty and lift is available.... You can avail different types of water for bath i.e. orange, yellow.( due to soil type dont worry) ..

Good hotel ,neat and clean rooms,but very small in comparison to price. Satisfied with their friendly behavior. Will surely recommend my friends and family members

I have visited Shantiniketan recently and stayed at Green Chili. You have to book with 50% and at the time of checkin rest 50%. If we talk about room facilities you will get a soap and a small shampoo pack with welcome snacks biscuits and chips pack. No towel and no toothbrush kit, after multiple followup they have given 1 towel for 2 person post that given 2 towels after reaching service desk. We booked AC room and bathroom was having geyser, Water was full of iron, we have to use mineral water to wash ourselves. Green chili has its own restaurant in which you can order choices of food, food was good. A baul will be available on weekends post 9pm. You can enjoy baul sangeet. Overall experience is good but need to maintain room service. Tips - must carry enough cash for room payment or else they will charge 5% GST on online payment. Ice cream are charged 5rs extra as service charge.

All services are good..decorations are good..there are parking area..but rooms are very small..not so space are there

Room size & Washroom size is very small, zero walking space .Room service is not good at all. Tap water is very much dirty. staff coordination and management is very poor. Geyser and AC are in not working conditions in so many rooms. Restaurant facility is not up to the mark.
