Mind-blowing experience. A perfect weekend gateway. Everything from ambience to food to swimming pool to quality of food to staff behaviour, 7 star. I highly recommend this resort to one and all. Have fun.

Situated on the bank of the Kopai river, this resort has one of the best views of the river, although the river is very narrow here. There are a lot of trees on the front side of the resort while on the other side there is an open field. The views are amazing. Persons managing reception were a bit rude at times but no complaints here as that may be an exception due to high number of guests. Good thing is that there were all smiles during checkout. The swimming pool was very poorly maintained, maybe our bad luck that the previous day there was thunderstorm. The water was very dirty. Most of the items listed in menu card were not available but whatever we ate were good in taste. Behaviour of the service boys was polite. Recommended for staying with friends and families.

A night well spent. We recently stayed at Hotel Neel Nirjan E and had an incredible experience! Our room had not one, but two balconies offering stunning views of the river and the pool. The ambiance was perfect for a relaxing getaway. We spent an amazing night during our stay, and I must say, the hotel has a certain vibe that's more suited for friends with open minds rather than families. However, our fooding experience was a bit of a letdown. While the hotel has immense potential, the food quality didn't quite live up to our expectations. Some attention to hygiene would also be appreciated. With a bit of improvement in the F&B department, Hotel Neel Nirjan E could truly become a top-notch destination. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Neel Nirjan E for a fun and memorable trip with friends!

Location is very nice near kopai river. Staff behaviour is Soo Good and the food quality so. I definitely recommend this place and it's very much family safe.

Very poor management. This is the first place in the whole bengal or India where Tea is not included into the breakfast. Swimming pool condition is pathetic. Where they know that guest will go to Swimming pool then they will start to clean this. Rooms condition is very pathetic. Urine smell comes from the attached bathroom. Water leaked from the basin, that basin is in the room. My suggestion please don't came here.

The only best thing of this hotel is the location and ambience. This is placed besides river bank, though river is very very small, only 80 to 100 meter or so. The hotel has small forest garden with many sitting spaces and few swings, which is good for adda, meditation etc. It also has a midium size ground and a swimming pool. Water in the pool is not so clean, may be it's my bad luck. Now bad things are... Poor service, for example, they take more than hours for preparing 10 cup of tea. I will not say that te manager is bad but little rude, and not well trained for this industry. Re. Foods.. veg rice thali is still good rest are horrible. Very poor nonveg snacks and Chinese cuisine. They have 2 and 4 bedrooms. Rooms are not so specious, it's good for sleeping only. Furniture quality are very poor. Room service is not good at all. Overall my experience is mixing good and bad. Next time I would like to without family but with friends.

So..it was amazing days which I spent in this resort..the appearance including the kopai river and the resort itself are so much adorable...the beauty of the scene, natural scenario was literally good...one should must visit whenever possible once..Thank you ..take love

perhaps the best hotel around for its ambience. relaxing view alongside kopai river. standard size rooms with clean attached toilet. rooms are of pool view or kopai river view. lush greenery inside the resort with ample open space full of flowers. visit now for hand on polash flower experience. has one tree inside. own farming. clean swimming pool. well behaved staffs. very tasty chinese food. price is also very reasonable. don't miss their fried rice. big dining area / room service available. perfect destination for a weekend getaway. parking available. all photos taken on 02.03.2025. must visit...
