SPOT ON 48582 Monalisa Lodge

Cycle rickshaw's charge Rs 50 -60 from Bishnupur railway station to this hotel/lodge. From Bishnupur bus stand this hotel/lodge is about 10-15 minutes walk.||Got a single room in this lodge for Rs 400 per night. The room was clean . Hot water for bath not available for bath in bathrooms. For 400 rs a night I think it is a decent deal . They also have a small restaurant. I did not eat at their restaurant so no comments on it. ||A decent place to stay in Bishnupur. Do not confuse a restaurant by same name called Mona Lisa hotel which is about 5-7 walk from this lodge.|

I was bit skeptical when I booked monalisha lodge but truly speaking all my doubt just vanished when I stayed in that lodge. A well maintained lodge with very cordial and friendly staffs. We take deluxe AC room and it was neat and clean with good AC service. TV connection was not working due to low signal coverage but that was not an issue for us. The staffs and food was very good. Location is very nice almost centrally located and the Driver da was extremely cooperative and nice person. For 2 days stay you can go there with family and enjoy the beauty of Bishnupur.|| ||p.s: if you are expecting 3 star service ofcourse you will be disappointed but if you are expecting a good friendly and comfortable stay -go for it.

It is quite centrally located in Bishnupur. I have never stayed at the lodge but had food at the restaurant quite a number of times...It is a very average hotel. Food quality is standard (mostly serving bengali style indian food) and is heavily crowded during lunch hours. However management could give a little attention to cleaning.

Very bad management and Booking system. When everywhere hotel demand 50% advance, they demand 80%.|If you for a sudden cause cancel your booking, they don't adjust your advance amount. They say they didn't get booking on this day so " your amount not adjustable"

location was good. rooms are standard food quality was good. staff behavior was friendly .. from station you can get toto it takes 5 mints and 10rs perhead. all the sightseeing [point are very close from this hotel

Rooms are clean. Very friendly staffs. This hotel also has a restaurant. Food quality is good and price is reasonable. Hotel location is good. Most of the attractions are within walking distance. Overall a good experience!

Spent a night here only. Love the homely food of here. Stuffs are very helpful. Dining space is small. Rooms are also small as well as their toilets. A small garden is there in front of the hotel. Parking is available in the adjacent plot of land with a minor charge.

This place is the most happening place of bishnupur. Because you' ll get a very cheap family hotel like monalisha lodge. Beside that this place has so many doctors chamber and medicine shops.
