Hotel Annapurna

I had a great 2 night stay at the excellent Hotel Annapurna. The staff were all very professional, responsive, helpful & friendly. My room was very comfortable & clean & the bathroom had good hot water. There were tea/coffee making facilities in my room & a newspaper was delivered in the morning. I didn't use it, but the hotel has a very nice looking swimming pool, and also a quiet bar. The restaurant is very pleasant to be in & the food is very good, as is the included buffet breakfast in the morning. I had to check out before the restaurant opened but the staff offered to pack a breakfast for me for my train. Bishnupur is a lovely, quiet town & the hotel is set back from the road, making it very peaceful. It's in a great location, and I was able to walk to all the temples I wanted to see. Hotel Annapurna is an excellent hotel & I would definitely stay there again - highly recommended

The Annapurna Hotel, I considered to be the best option in Bishnupur, Centrally located very close yo all important TERRACOTA TEMPLES. The rooms were quite large, neat and clean and well appointed, bathrooms were equally clean with all toiletries and fresh towels.|The restaurant had buffet breakfast but the spread was very limited and the moreover no manager was available at breakfast time & all decisions were left to lower level staff.|The dinner menu had good items, the fish dishes were quite tasty. The hotel has well stocked bar.|The front desk staff was very polite and helpful.|

I'm just back from an exceedingly pleasant stay at this hotel.Though one is first impressed with it's modern look, it's the staff that need the most accolades - always smiling, courteous and ready to assist.|One even traveled out on his motorcycle to guide us to the hotel site!!|Rooms were clean andwell furnished - food was delicious. In fact the Chinese meal was exceptional |It was all genuinely perfect!|Thank you for an exceedingly comfortable and trouble free holiday.

In the city Bishnupur and in the middle of lanes and bylanes, it was a pleasant surprise when we landed up at the hotel. We were greeted by a pleasant staff, clean well-furnished rooms and a feeling of space. The food was good though we could not find local cuisine in the menu. The hotel is located close to the sites and market. Overall, a great experience

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Annapurna in Bishnupur, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. The accommodations were not only clean and comfortable but also thoughtfully designed to make guests feel at home. The ambiance of the hotel is warm and inviting, perfectly complementing the serene charm of Bishnupur. The staff deserves special mention for their impeccable service quality--always attentive, courteous, and ready to assist with a smile. The highlight of our stay was the food. The meals were delicious, with a wide variety of dishes that catered to all tastes. Every bite reflected the care and expertise of their kitchen team. Overall, Hotel Annapurna exceeded our expectations in every way. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bishnupur for a delightful and memorable stay.

A very good hotel to stay if in Bishnupur.The staff is very friendly and courteous, give you information about all that is locally available if you want. The food too was prepared and served to our taste with a lot of Bengali dishes as desired by us. There is ample car park. I would like to mention the girls at the reception who were very warm and helped us with all our enquiries. The manager went out of his way to see that we got the taste of the local food. Rooms too are neat and clean. Would recommend this hotel to visitors.

Hotel Annapurna is your basic 3-star hotel: efficient, clean and not particularly charming. It is, however, the best hotel in Annapurna. Our room ('Bilash') was spacious and had a good working AC. The hot water, however, left something to be desired: yes, the showerhead and tap looked very spiffy, but the hot water was gone after less than a minute of showering (there is only hot water if you don't forget to turn the geyser on!) We found out that having a dinner outside the hotel was challenging, to say the least, so we thankfully enjoyed the dishes served by the restaurant. They were mostly fine, but we did notice that the chicken served was tasteless and bone dry. Not their best. Breakfast was a buffet (of which we didn't take very much). On our second day the hotel was flooded with schoolchildren (as a matter of fact, we were the only other guests). Despite the noise, it was quite entertaining (and we were happy that the hotel allowed us to stay here as well).
