Palm Village Resort

This hotel was absolutely fantastic! The ambience was nice. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The ground was perfect for exploring the green nature. Food is good as we expect. I think this is the perfect place for a group day outing, wedding, reception, birthday party, anniversary party. Overall it was a great time for us.

We had a wonderful stay! The resort was clean, comfortable and the lunch was delicious. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The outdoor view is beautiful. In the evening we enjoyed the garden restaurant with delicious snacks in dim light. Our kids enjoyed the open lawn and ground.

Every thing is good.. good atmosphere.. good behaviour.. food quality good..room well organised.. best for couples friends family also . People may go for staycation, picnic, night stay also.. well mentioned resort. Aso pool is clean. Room service available

Our recent visit to Plan Village Resort was far from what we expected. Despite the attractive photos online, the reality was quite different. The rooms were poorly maintained -- the bedsheets were stained, and the bathroom had a foul smell. The staff seemed disinterested and took hours to respond to basic requests like drinking water or room cleaning. The biggest letdown was the food -- it was cold, tasteless, and served late. Even the so-called "resort activities" were either unavailable or not properly managed. Overall, it felt more like a poorly-run guest house than a relaxing resort. Definitely not worth the price.

I am happy to write a review for the staffs of Palm Village Resort for their cooperation and politeness. The place is too good for children. I love this place to having it's Greenery view with calmness. Perfect place for group day outing and picnic. I will visit again with my office colleagues.

We opted an Executive room at a cost of 3000/- per night but not good at all and it should be of 1500-1800/-per night . The bathroom fittings and washbasin are not proper condition. No exhaust fan in bathroom. No basic stuffs like sampoo, soap, toothpaste/brush and comb provided. Mosquitos are everywhere. AC and ceiling fan delivering horrible sound. Pool is not clean. Restaurant food is not that good, it's average only. ||Overall experience is not at all good.

Really really beautiful place and for their food quality what I say, just amazing. The staffs are so helpful, am really impressed with their polite behaviour. It's a great weekend for us to spend the time with my family. Rooms are too good and natural friendly resort this I.
