The place is amazing. Right from checkin to checkout the process was very very smooth. All the staff were always greeting with smiling faces and all were very very helpful. The food was sumptuous and we enjoyed the breakfast array. The location is great, The room was truly stupendous. |The guys there are great at what they do and are very professional. I would like to specially mention Mr Tushar, the receptionist who helped us check in.|We really had a great time and we look forward to staying there again.

I recently stayed at ITC Hotels Devasom Resort and had a truly wonderful experience. The resort is set in a peaceful and scenic location, perfect for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy nature with a touch of luxury. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly and made to feel at home. The resort's design is a beautiful mix of traditional architecture and modern comfort. The surroundings are filled with greenery, water bodies, and a calm atmosphere. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-furnished, with a soft bed, clean bathroom, and a balcony that offered a relaxing view. All the essentials like Wi-Fi, toiletries, and room service were excellent. Food at the resort was another highlight. The breakfast buffet had a great mix of Indian and continental items, all fresh and delicious. We also tried lunch and dinner at the in-house restaurant, and every dish was well-prepared and tasty. The staff in the restaurant were very attentive and polite. We also enjoyed using the resort's facilities. The swimming pool was clean and had a nice view. I tried a massage at the spa, which was very relaxing and professionally done. There were yoga sessions and walking areas that added to the overall peaceful experience. What made our stay truly special was the friendly and helpful staff. Everyone was professional and kind, making sure we were comfortable at all times.

Storii by ITC is a stunning resort with excellent infrastructure, lush surroundings, and top-notch food quality. A special shoutout to Abdul for his warm hospitality, attentiveness, and delightful interactions--he truly enhanced our stay! Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway.

Namaste i stayed at ITC Story Hotel for my wedding anniversary on 12th May. I thought ITC hotel would be good to book but their service was very bad. I have booked the room decoration but it did not happen before me reached to the room,I got to know in the evening when they told me the surprise I was getting was totally missed. The water of the pool was very allergic with high percentage of clorine in water, my daughter got allergic,me & my wife got rashes on the skin.the water was not clean, even we did not take more than 30 minutes. It took me almost 45 minutes to get 1 paratha in my plate at the breakfast time. Overall a big zero for this hotel.i have feeling that i have wasted my time & money. thank you sachin aggarwal

A awasome place for private gateway. It's excellent for family, friends and couple. foods are excellent and bangali cuisine just wow. I specially recomend because of its activity. They have plenty of options. Lawn and garden just wow. I specially recomend Saveen name who gave a excellent property round and shown us each and every detail.

very beautiful hotel with good staffs. staffs are well behaved and care always. location is near the city. will visit again. spa is very beautiful with vast garden area. hotel is well maintained. out door and indoor game facilities are available

The staff were beaming with smiles, especially Abdul, which set a lovely tone for the entire experience. But what truly stole the show was the exceptional food quality - every dish was fresh, delicious, and visually stunning. Each bite exceeded our expectations!
