Overall it was a good experience. Nice ambience, food and stuff behaviour was decent. Can plan for a short trip

Though tha ambiance was good and peaceful, behavior of the staffs were very bad and unprofessional. They were forcing us for paying extra as their tips, but we didn't take any room service.The receptionist was also with their for. He was also forcing us to pay. But the gatekeeper was polite among all.

These people didn't understand the emergency. Their rude behavior can make anyone feel bad. They don't even take the prepaid customers. They shouldn't tie up with OYO as it is my first worst encounter in OYO. OYO for this deserve not even 1 star and also the customer representatives are not helpful too. I tried contacting 6 representatives but none of them could solve my problem. Don't go if you have prepaid the amount and used a coupon. They won't accept you anyhow.

It's a resort located on Diamond Harbour Road near Swaminarayan temple. It is a big property having nice open ground for making any get together or party or picnic. Inside there is ample car parking space for the guests.

very bad experience with this hotel ..... Room's are very small , washroom is not clean as well , kinky smell not only from washroom but from bedroom also ... very pathetic condition of Bedsheet , Bedsheet is looks like at least 10 years old .... there is no soap ,no land-phone to call for assistance or room service, no TV even if no towel also ....And the behavior of staff ? Behavior of staff is worse ... they Forcefully aks's for Tips .....they sounds very rough ... It sounds like if you not pay the tips they will do something wrong with you ....you will have to pay tips forcefully to at least 3-4 person's . At the same time this hotel is tied up with oyo ... On oyo app most of the time you will that the room's are full / sold . But at the same time offline booking are going on ..... They called them self as " Hotel &Resort " ...but this is not more than "SLUM" Be very careful and beware of staff's ..... Very very very worst , pathetic experience .....not deserve for oyo standard .....
