Royal Hotel

Rooms R of OK kind, not maintained well. Jacuzzi is there in bathroom, but not maintained well. Bedcovers R costly but not clean . Maintenance staff will hv to be more active. Ambience could have been better.. Complementary Breakfast -- Very limited choice available. Not value for money....

Rooms are very clean and the hotel has its own wifi. The hotel staff is very helpful. There are plenty of food stalls and medicine shops in the vicinity. The room price is reasonable. I highly recommend this hotel.

My Family member called them and booked a room and I came all the way from Siliguri to stay in a budget friendly hotel and I was told Hotel Royal is a budget friendly one. But seriously I was scammed very badly. For early check-in they added 2 days tarriff and made my bill at the end situation where I was insulted for questioning them and I had to pay forcefully and infact as i am not local person of berhampore they behaved very rudely and harshly as they are locals. The Rooms are very shabby and also the staffs are mannerless and untrained and not professional. The owner also neglects their staff mistakes and behaves as if they are right. My bill was supposed to be 1200 where I had to pay 2300 , where there is no complementary breakfast , infact in berhampore at 2500 we can stay in a five start hotel but seriously this hotel is not even 1 star. I dont recommend as a genuine reviewer of Google that please don't visit this Hotel in Berhampore city. There are much better options and budget friendly ones with complimentary breakfast at 1200(including tax).

A very very nice place to visit to.. surely recommended. Family resturant as well as bar is available. Price is cheap and food quality is remarkable compared to the others in that area and probably in whole berhampore. Also, well decorated rooms are available for visitors to stay. Overall infrastructure and behaviour of the stuffs are fantastic. The location also is very prominent as it is situated in Ranibagan, just beside the main road which is nearly 5 to 10 mins in toto or bus from station as well as administrative buildings. Book in advance if a hall or large room is needed for engagement party or birthday party etc. During Durga puja and Kalipuja, the place remains very congested but that's enjoyable and tells accurately the good reputation of this place.

Strongly not Recommended. At the time of boarding room tarif something and at departure time was another. So, Guys beware of this. I am a victim. Very very bad experience. This is my personal very bad experience first time in my life.

Worst ever experience. Food is stale. Went to recreate old memories but in vain. Please don't visit Royal ever again. I would rate in negetive if that was a provision. A tadoori chicken is a size of a kabab that cost massive. Fooling around. Men in service are up to recommend the old stale meat to make their stock out. Really disappointed and disgusting experience.

It is a Good Hotel to stay having All modern facilities available like free Wifi, AC rooms, Geyser etc and properly cleaned.Service is also Very Good.

If you are looking for a pocket friendly bar to chill out with friends, you can check this place out. Foods are not too costly, but don't expect great quality either.
