OYO New Hotel Mayur

We had a booking for 7 Room's. 6 rooms have been checked out before check-out time of 11.00 A.M. I only asked for late c-out of remaining 1 room by 01.00 P.M i.e two hours. First they agreed on that then they refused to let me stay for extra 02 hours asking for extra full day charge giving me all kinds of excuses. I told them I worked in hotel industry & in front office/reception. But they refused. Also there was a problem with my door stopper. I asked them to fix it. They told me how & asked me to do it for myself. I was surprised to hear that having worked in 3 / 4 star hotel...but I thought what can you expect from a no star or maybe 1 star hotel. I ignored every other things like hair in fresh bedcover, cover less, used, unwashed quilt/blanket etc.

Very poor service & not at all friendly behaviour by the hotel staffs. Not cooperative, and didn't assist us with our prebooking

Very poor service booked rooms via oyo had to cancel & rebook a diffrent hotel. hotel manager was arrogant & not friendly at all.

At Ground floor, restaurant has bar....

Hotel rooms are really great,clean and spacy....Overall service is good...Has strategic location near Mohona Bus Stand ..Restaurant food quality is great...and Varieties of Alcohol brands are available at the Bar
