OYO Hotel Taj International

Disastrous service with arrogant behavior. We booked one room during our bike trip. We reached there at 10.30 PM. The hotel was closed. We called the manager. He asked the booking rate straight and denied us checking in. He asked more money for check in. And he used unprofessional words throughout the conversation. Even though if you are ready to pay money, you should carry cotton for closing your ear and nose. You will hear some loud noise from outside and smell like drainage. If you are booking here, please book somewhere else too. Because the manager will ask you more money and you will not get your money value. Please don't book this hotel. Travel 30 KMs more to find some good lodging.

Don't go there, I can't explain what I have seen there. Thank God the owner denied us entry asking for more money. They don't want family there. It's a remote place. We saw they openly smoke and drink even in reception. If anything happens no-one is there to help you. And Oyo still didn't refund money, I'm fighting for my money. Edit: Oyo have made refund.

I visit oncee in a month till last one years. But day by day it's service & behaviour decreasing. My experience was very worst. Those was the reason. 1. There was a TV but it's not running due to Set-top box. 2. No wify connection,but they show they have wify connectivity. 3. Linen was dirty. 4.Staff or service boy are local and very bad in behaviour. 5.No food facilities available in hotel,if u ordered any food(lunch/breakfast) they took from outside and take a high rate. 6. Service boy were claming money for prepare the room at the time of checking, whereas oyo does not claim any money for ready the room. I'm very much disappointed for their services...

Service and staff behaviour was very good. But Bedsheet was used previously. Bathroom was 7level cleaned among 10. Dustbeen was muddy inside. Overall good to stay. Saver room is small than usual.

Manager behavior is not professional room no 303 where we saty at 2nd October 2022 is worst room ever i seen basin and commode was broked tv and intercom was not worked i booked 1 room for two days through online with a advanced payment bt when i reach at hotel manager suggested me to cancel my previous booking and make payment in his personal account and amount is little higher than my booking amount we stay here for one night and another day we stay another hoyel which is 100time better than taj hotel international i request to management of this hotel to cheek room no 303 and renovate it

Don't fall in the trap of high rating and good reviews Just because of this i faced and experienced a occurred day just few days before. Room are not clean properly, room service doesn't exist here. But one thing, "The Receptionist" is very Cordial and my dear person.

Very bad service ..even Police raids many times...i also faced this ..i paid for ac room...but ac isn't working porperly...but i had to give full payment... Toilet's condition is very bad...u can't stay here with your family...they denied to give us proper service.....in a sentence...this is one of the worst hotel i have ever stayed in my life....
