OYO 36065 City Tower Hotel

Rooms were Small and clean but no water supply in the tiny washrooms. No kettle for hot water or tea was provided. . Poor quality of blankets and no sheets were provided .. hospitality was not at all up to the mark. No complaint register was there so no scope of any improvement in the business. Hope someone reads the feedback who can rectify and improve on the facilities and hospitality front.. Best wishes to the owner hope future guests have pleasant stay.

After two failed missions, we finally emerged victorious! Probably the best hotel you could find in berhampore. Spent our 3rd night at this hotel and I must say I was satisfied to my heart's content. The hotel is big, located upfront amid the sprawling market area, has a basement for parking which is free in fact (although had a hard time turning my car around inside the basement as it was too narrow). Reception was helpful, staff as well, has elevator, a really good restaurant in the second floor which I will review separately and very well equipped and maintained rooms. Although at first when they opened the room there was a ton of cigarette smell, but they sprayed a lot of room freshner till the smell was gone. Bathroom was extremely clean. They provide you room service as well. Truly very satisfied! A thumbs up to the management.

I came around here about a year ago. It was great to come back again. Good thing about them is that they have kept their tariff constant. We booked the same category room as last time and this time too they charged 999 which was great actually considering that most other hotels would have increased tariff in one year and its getting around the peak season for places like Berhampore. They are also strict on documentation of their guests which means you don't get to have troublesome guests in this hotel. It's perfect for family stay. One great thing I observed this time was they have taken care of the water logging in the basement parking. Rest of it remains same.

Worst behaviour of the staff and boys, specially the guy who faces the reception during the daytime. Booked 12 rooms on 1st July for Marriage purpose. Extremely unprofessional. Was unable to allot exact rooms even after making proper advance. The AC remote was found missing in several rooms, which I was not even provided with even after making several requests. Moreover, they are very much misleading. They will say you one thing at the time of booking and behave differently when you check-in. As a local resident of Berhampore, I would never recommend this hotel for fellow tourists.

The room service here is good. They provide clean towels, aqua guard waters, soaps and shampoo. The rooms are neat and clean. The food is average. the price of the food is medium. Over all Its a good hotel.

Horrible experience. The entire hotel was empty still we were provided top floor. There was no water in the toilets since midnight. We couldn't even brush our teeth or take a bath. We had to leave the hotel in the morning. Lack of staff. No drinking water was provided. Rooms were not clean. Toilets have not been properly cleaned. The commode was totally dirty. Beds are uncomfortable. We have stayed here previously but the current situation ofbthe hotel has detoriorated. Kindly check the rooms before you book. Parking space available.

Rooms are clean, staff behaviour is also good. Food quality is not very well.But, some little things are need to improve. Like toilet flash, ac remote etc. Overall it's good for staying.

Specious rooms Clean but old construction & color damped wall, nice decorations, few light of rooms are fused. Lose power shockets & wash basin was broken condition in room 508 Dustbin is in room. Loved food quality Stuff behavior is pleasant Very close to bus stand, nice location. WiFi speed need to improve.
