This hotel is a scammer who has not refunded the money even after canceling the entire booking. Then he is threatening to hack the phone. No one will book this hotel.And if anyone needs proof, I'll provide proof of how they cheat people.

Hotel Shiva is one of the older hotels in Baharampur, but unfortunately, it hasn't kept up with modern expectations. While it once may have carried a sense of tradition, the atmosphere now feels outdated. The rooms are quite small, and the rental charges feel high for the space and amenities provided. The bathrooms were not very clean, showing a lack of upkeep. One major issue to be aware of is the billing process. Be sure to review your food bill carefully, as discrepancies can occur. For example, despite ordering specific items, you may find additional charges when it's time to settle the bill. This caution especially applies if you choose a complimentary breakfast package, which has limited options yet sometimes still appears on the final bill as a charge. Overall, while the hotel may still be functional, it hasn't adapted with time, and there are significant areas for improvement in terms of cleanliness, transparency in billing, and value for money.

Very bad hotel, unhygienic condition, smoking environment, bad behaviour of staff, over pricing room, irritating sound of traffic. I have not recommended for students and families.

Neat and clean but lil bit pricy. lift is available. For breakfast, launch and Dinner there are lots of hotels and restaurants in low price but Near Bus stand price of Foods are comparatively less.

Hotel Shivam exceeded my expectations! The staff was incredibly friendly, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was convenient, with easy access to attractions. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals. Overall, a fantastic stay that I would highly recommend!

The rooms were okay if you are travelling on a shoestring budget. It's best thing is its affordable rest rooms for drivers who come with the entourage/group. Booking a room for the driver took me about 250 INR.

I am very satisfied with the overall experience. The staffs are very friendly & they behave like a family member to me. I think the hotel is much better than any other in Berhampore.

Very good behaviour.staff are very good.Food quality is awasome .Room is clean but it should be well decorated and well furnished like present hotel interior.
