Very bad experience from here for us in the last day. For the first time ever in my lifetime I'm having such a horrible experience which includes the rude behaviour of the staff especially the people who are working in the reception section they won't even pick up call and went to reception to say that AC is not working still no response. Very very rude behaviour this kind of behaviour and attitude of staff is not I need after paying above 3000rs/day. TV, WiFi, AC nothing was working what more to say they won't even provide complimentary water bottle also they are charging 30rs instead of 20rs bottle and asked the receptionist why you are doing like this? then the receptionist told that management asked us to do like that so we are doing. Shame on this management no one should visit here anymore!! If you're visiting Berhampore I'll suggest you to take stay in Hotel Samrat, where you will be comfortable and won't have to face all those issues and I'm pretty grantee for it.

Stayed here for three days, and the experience was horrible. We booked two Gold Rooms, but the condition was extremely filthy. The bathroom lacked a proper bucket, and the washbasin tap was broken. Although the food was good, the service took an unreasonably long time, and one roti was priced for 30 rupees, which is quite expensive. Additionally, the cups and bowls they served were broken. We were not provided with a menu card, even after asking for one. The staffs were all ignorant whenever you ask them something. Overall, the condition of the hotel and the service were not at all as compared to the price we paid. I am not going to recommend this hotel.

1. Heavily over priced considering room quality and service. 2. Leaking water from geyser connection could lead fatal accident. 3. Poor food quality comparing to the price, you will get better food with almost half the price on the roadside restaurant. 4. Poor service, they are serving aqua water in disposable water bottle used by many. 5. Toiletries are not properly sealed packed, I doubt used units repacked. 6. Tea kit is also same, left over of other users reserved. 7. No choice on complimentary breakfast. 8. Serving female staff will show you like they are favouring you by serving.

One of the hotels I prefer to stay at when I am in Beherampore. I carry very fond memories of Murshidabad , here I spent my rural posting about 10 years ago. Recently visited for a marriage ceremony of an old acquaintance.. The people are. Simple rural folks with great hospitality They never forget any help given to them in past I was surprised how they still remember me from my old managerial days around 11 years ago. I urge everyone to visit rural India because this is the real India

Worst experience ever at this Hotel. Don't understand how google has reviewed it as 3-star, it can't be considered as more than 1-Star. Washroom was not clean, taps were loosen from holder, Commode had stains, geyser was not working and moreover staffs behaved aggressively and when complained he kept arguing with my family. Won't recommend it at all if you have other alternate options.

Recently visited this property. Atrocious service during check in we were harrased multiple time enquiring if we have taken baggage of some other guest. This didn't stop someone dared to ring up the room bell and asked again if we have taken luggage of another guest. This is not the end we took a deluxe room costing around 2900/- ambiance of the room was some kind of " OYO" with only two dim yellow lights other lights are not working when asked so called house keeping said we don't know anything please speak to reception. To my utter surprise when we went to speak to the person in reception a person named " RAJ" don't know if it's actual began arguing rather shouting that his Rs 1300 cost room ambiance is better with lights and was not ready to hear the complain. As if his name resembles some kind of filmy hero. Overall the experience is very bad will never visit again. Please refrain from visiting this place where guests are misbehaved.
