Hotel Sanjay Regency

I attended a two day program organised by my employer. The breakfast didn't start on time. There was no water on tables and when served, it didn't taste like purified. Spoon was given on-demand. On the second day, they served stale vegetarian dish from the previous day. Somehow they also ran out of water in the training hall.

Good hotel to stay. Basic amenities are there, it has its own restaurant and staff are very friendly. Location is also very good as one can even walk from the station. Rooms are inclusive of breakfast.

I went to book a room along with my wife on 16th August. My son was in NICU in Manmohini Health care. One of the receptionist( nearly 50 years old) said they don't allow people who are from Lalgola, Murshidabad. I was suprised to know that people from Lalgola are not allowed in there. This people have started discriminating people on basis of location as well. The receptionist were full of attitude with 0 literacy.

Nice hotel to stay in Berhampore. Only eight to ten minutes from BPC railway station.

The restaurant food was very bad quality. Mutton & mixed fried rice is not fresh & not well cooked and has a bad smell also. Pice is over high . Before you go to this hotel please check all things.

The hotel provides pick up and drop from the station, which is very helpful. They gave us very good rooms with quite adequate bathrooms. Electric kettle and tea fixings were there in the room. They organised a car hire for all local sight seeing. The food was excellent. Breakfast items had a wide choice, from parathas, puri sabzi and eggs and toast. Dinner too was excellent and they even provided some off-menu items on request. An attached bar with reasonable prices was very convenient.

The only problem of this hotel is locating it. I have been there twice but both times I had to ask the locals. Being situated in a quiet neighborhood, the facilities were good. The foods from their restaurant were decent and had reasonable rates. Both the staffs at the reception and the room service were helpful. They even suggested our dinner menu to our satisfactions. It also has a bar and a secured parking. Complementary breakfast was nice.

Absolutely brilliant. Excellent room service. Excellent food quality. Pocket friendly. Nice and polite staff. Parking is available. The location is just beside Baharampur Railway Station. Good spreads are available for breakfast also. However the swimming pool was not in operation when I visited the place.
