Whenever I visit Berhampore, this hotel is my go-to place to stay. Each time I've been here, I've experienced exceptional hospitality that makes me want to return again and again. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, always ensuring that my stay is comfortable and memorable. Just as Berhampore's rich history and warm charm captivate me, this hotel adds to the experience with its welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the service is truly remarkable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Berhampore. It's not just a place to stay but an experience that enhances your trip and leaves you with fond memories.

The worst experience in my life in Hotel Pinewood which I am sharing, after check out from the hotel suddenly came to know that my bus timing got changed and late for one hour and then again I came back to the hotel just for to stay for one hour only. Came back hotel only due to the time was at night 12pm and and my bus timing was at 1.30am. But the hotel manager refused to stay for one hour where my booking was till next morning. They behave very roughly and they have taken payment till the morning. I was alone but in case of any family person with family may fall in a big trouble at this late night. My earnest request don't plan ever to stay at this hotel where the humanity is zero and staff behaviour is so rude. We stay here for 4 days and the Hotel got a good amount of business from us but in this unexpected situation they don't help us.

This hotel is located near Laldighi. You've to take the inner road beside the Reliance Digital shop. From station it's around 3-4 Kms. You can take a Toto / Tuktuk to reach here. The rooms were decent. Some rooms had geyser issue which took sometime to resolve. The hotel is very neat and clean and the room service is also very good. Overall it's a good place to stay as its location is well surrounded by food joints, shopping malls.

I have stayed at many hotels but have faced a lot of difficulties. But,here it was a complete hotel. All amenities were working.

Very bad behaviour by the owner and receptionist and room service is extremely bad and very very disappointing. Charged over the bill and extra payment was made.

A very good property with great rooms, 650m of walk from bustand & in the heart of the city.

Hotel Staff Behaviour Is Very Pathetic Room is very unhygienic and bed , Pillow Cover are very much dirty.. Food rate is very much higher than other hotel.. Room Rent is very high than room quality.

Near Laldighi....... Great Hospitality Primium rooms.... Hygienic bathroom Food service available Parking available for both car and bike. Overall great experience with Hotel Pinewood
