Food Quality not good. Yesterday ordered Fish Fry. Not cooked well. Heavy coating. Not fry inner part properly. Smelling bad. Bathroom condition Not good. Bed Sheet not clean. Only best thing is staff behaviour. All of them are very good. Ankan is very gentleman person.

it was a wonderful stay. the room was spacious, the amenities and ambience were also good. The room service is quite prompt. We opted for complimentary lunch or dinner along with breakfast. The menu was quite sumptuous. The restaurant management and service is quite professional. Also being on the main road, the necessary stationeries were easily available. The tourist places are all within half an hour car journey. Overall good experience. As family we liked most the spacious room and the fast room service. The room, restroom were clean. We had a kid and the food was sufficient and options were.

On 12th Oct 2024.. we visited here with our friends for dinner.. and they provided these kinds of tables.. really bad experience for ambience.. overrated this place I think

Standard two star hotel in Berhampore. The hotel is located in well connected place .The hotel cum restaurant is just the opposite of the passport office berhampore/opposite of Hotel Sunshine..It's 2.5 km away from Berhampore bus stand .. Overall, location is good enough.. Easy to reach from Beherampore bus stand.. So, it's a better option also for a traveller. Hotel has inhouse restaurant facility and this is open for all..Rooms are descent,good furnishings and clean .. I stayed in 5th floor & there my room have attached balcony. Interior is well enough decorated & false ceiling facility provided. Food price is descent ,but beat high on oil and spice despite request for lower oil and spice contents . I tried some of their food items... All are delicious in taste...But all items which are mentioned on the menu card were not available always.. Food items are really worth of money absolutely. So, before make orders there, please talk with them. Officially, Complimentary breakfast timing at rooms is 7:30AM , But after 8:00AM when ask for that, they refused to provide on that time also. After that, I complted my check Out process there without having breakfast. So, from my side, it's not be expected from them. Staffs are well behaved and the property is well maintained properly. Rooms are relatively small but Clean always. The decor of the rooms are modern and best in class and the washrooms are classy with modern finish. Linen and the toilets were in good condition also. Housekeeping service is very prompt there . Recommended hotel to stay there with family & as Solo also. Overall, Services are good enough to stay there & avail their hospitality, except One or two services.

Awesome Stay, 1300 Rs. For AC Standard Room, without Breakfast is too reasonable w.r.t cleanness and room. Its not too spacious but well decorated. Good restaurant and Polite stuff. Bathroom is too clean and serviced on daily basis. Housekeeping is very prompt even if during the full booking on x-mas this year. Overall facilities can be rated 5 out of 5. But taste of food is not at per, I would like to Rate it as 3.5 to 3.8 out of 5. You can stay here with family having no hesitation. Truly good environment for family and solo stay.

Food is good.. service average (5 person accommodates in a 4 sitter table but used ony 4 serving mat). Small place out of main town. Food menu was restricted during festival but even some of the items not available even in afternoon time. It's shows unprofessional kitchen as well as poor menu / raw materials sourcing management. 2 star just of food quality but failed to justify the premium pricing by delivering quality service.

I stayed in this hotel a week back for 2 days. Rooms are nice, no issue in room. Restaurant service is very poor due to their less manpower. Checkin and check out process is very smooth. A honest advice to hotel is to improve restaurant service. They also arrange vehicle for Surrounding tours. Overall a nice experience.

Rooms good but service poor. Bed tea not served even on request. They said 'Buffet" Breakfast but food was limited to only 1 egg, either bread or puri sabji you can take. What is the need to call it "Buffet" breakfast???
