Golden Retreat

Had a great stay. Good staff behaviour friendly. Good food. Nice room decoration team housekeeping. Room is neat & clean. Bed is comfortable for seepling.all area is neat & clean. In house Pool is large & neat & clean. As a 4 star hotel but my opinion it's a 5 star catagory hotel. Mr prakash from housekeeping people are very closed & friendly her talking language is be professional help me for hotel so round. Thank you one more time prakash for your behaviour. Will visit again thank you

The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Special mention to Mintu Das , who provided exceptional service with a warm smile. I had a good experience during the stay at your hotel. Mr Sumit Ghosh helped me a lot. But curtains were not thick enough to block the sunlight. Otherwise everything was great. The room and also the food was exceptional. Looking forward to stay again.

The hotel is amazing, facilities match every 5-star hotel in Kolkata. Comfortable rooms, great ambience and prompt service. Sumit da at the front desk is very helpful and active. The food is great too!|10/10 on food, property and staff service.

Food is too much delicious..Subir Das cooked an excellent food. The food tasted unique. Totally worth it. Suvendu and Jayanta did an excellent job in serving us and making us feel comfortable.

Rooms (along with other areas) were all well maintained, clean and airy .| Staff members in each and every department were all well behaved and eager to help whenever we wanted something. Food was also good.||We had a very nice stay. Will definitely definitely visit again.

Good property, the rooms are spacious and cozy. The decor is great as well as the facilities.|Would definitely recommend this place. Also proximity to the station is a plus.|Staff are cooperative and hospitable.||Sumit from the front desk deserves a special mention.
