Best Hotel, Whenever I came to Berhampur, I stay on This Hotel.

So horrible experience. Customer service soo much cheap. Staff behavior even hotel owner was so rude. In short they are cheater. They cheats everything in every point of view. They have been charged for all amenities but has so restriction to use. U don't get any freedom. Hotel canteen so much expensive than outside. In short I couldn't suggest to anybody to staying in this hotel. So unexpected behaviour and attitude we had been get from their.

Rooms size are good... Linen and towels are neat and clean... Washrooms are spacious... Food quantity is sufficient and tasty too... But one thing keep it in mind that, if you book your rooms with complementary breakfast then you will get Toasted Bread + Fruit Jam... If u order hot beverages with your breakfast then you will get only Tea, don't ask for Coffee, coz coffee is not complementary...

Owner and staffs were very cheap... Especially the owner he dont know how to behave with his customers... I will suggest not to visit this place... The bliss was quiet good beside it

This is ok. Room quality is very very bad. The hotel contains a large hall middle of the hotel rooms which is very comfortable for a party. But it is quite disturbing other guest. The hotel staff are always sought laude due to that people feel are quite uncomfortable. Room service is very poor. And cost of food are very high as per the cost of the city deserve. We can get much better food with a cheap rate outside the hotel. Almost more then double rate are here. I am very unsatisfied with this Hotel. Here is Bar also available, so people who can want to enjoy with your partner can choose. Its a couple friendly area.

Horrible experience..the so called manager doesn't know how to talk with customers.the bedsheets had stain , we asked multiple times to change it , but every other person was showing attitude and they were making excuses for not changing it... I don't recommend anyone to avail this hotel..such a nightmare it is.
