Apex Hotel

Apex hotel is descent hotel at behrampur, semi deluxe room is quiet very very good nd large. Room's ambition is so good, bed is comfortable for sleeping, AC working properly. But geyser not working properly even switch is on. Bathroom's space is good but tap is totally uncomfortable. 1 Tap is previously brokend. Most important the service is the not impressive.

Worst please I have ever visited. **We booked a 12 person table for dinner when we went there the manager said their restaurant is booked by other people already. So they will arrange a seminar room for us. That room was not cleaned. My question is that we went to a restaurant only for food or to spend some quality time with family/friend. Then we left the place and went to another hotel at night 10am.. We went with our family, office colleague but they did like that. The worst experience ever. **If you want to go please think again about the situation.**

The food quality & staffs service is excellent. But need to look after the detoriation of service due to cost cutting. Like providing normal water in room instead of mineral water , stop giving juice with complimentary breakfast, not providing brushing kit, Shaving kit and slipper, bathrooms are too smelly and badly need attention etc. I am a customer of this hotel from 3 years and visit almost every month but i am getting really disappointed with such non sense activities from a reputed hotel. On my last visit this month only after check in at 10 pm , i forced to go outside to buy tooth brush and tooth paste which they provided from last 3 years and thus i did not carried. Requesting the top management to look into this. i did not received a single penny discount in my bill but not received adequate service against that money.

Speaking of the room, it was immaculate and beautifully decorated. The attention to detail was evident, from the luxurious bedding to the thoughtful amenities provided. I particularly appreciated the stunning view from my window, which added an extra touch of magic to my stay.Throughout my time at the hotel, I was consistently impressed by the level of service provided. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed, whether it was arranging transportation, recommending local attractions, or simply offering a friendly smile and greeting as I passed by

Don't come here...its not a fine restaurant...dirty table nd seats..they don't arrange the table finely ,don't even on the lights

We had a pathetic experience...the manager gave us a room of high price.the manager is actually a liar and not at all professional.Now coming to the food we ordered biriyani during our stay and it was literally "mangso bhat" type of thing..please dont cheat people like this..

Now a days the food quality of the restaurant is not up to mark as earlier it was . The chicken biryani was very bad now a days . The taste is not as it was the previous days .

Service os 3rd class.. Never go for this hotel in Berhampur West Bengal
