Flagship Hotel Eden Park

Very nice and decent hotel just 70km before Berhampore town from Malda side. Location is just beside highway, parking space is good and spacious. The hotel guys are nice and helpful. Price of food from nearby is also reasonable. Loved the ambience, the rooms were scented when checked in. Soap was given, towel and bedsheets are clean and washed regularly. Thank you. Would like to visit again.

I had done my booking through OYO and had received the booking ID after making the full payment. The hotel manager was drunk and started asking for money again and denied entry into the hotel. OYO customer care executive also couldn't provide a solution and did not even refund me my booking amount even when we were left stranded at 1 o clock in the night. Absolutely horrible place and third class behaviour. Further the drunk manager started lying to the customer care executive. Definitely would never recommend this hotel at all. Please be aware of your security and never ever book this hotel. Would suggest OYO to immediately delist this hotel.

We were travelling from Darjeeling to Kolkata and decided to halt for the night somewhere after Farakka. So we searched in Booking.com and booked 2, 3 bedded rooms. On reaching the hotel we came to know that there is only one 3 bedded room and rest all were 2 bedded rooms. The manager insisted us to cancel the booking from booking.com and ultimately gave us the rooms by direct booking. The rooms were good, however the toilets were really lousy. The door height of the toilet, malfunctioning CP fittings were beyond expectations. They don't have a kitchen, so they bring food from outside which was very spicy and the quality was not good at all. After all this, the staff behavior was good and they were trying to make up all mistakes. I think it is a new hotel and the owners are not giving enough tools to the staffs to satisfy their clients. So it is a okay hotel to be used as a stopover.

Most third class hotel.facilities are worst. Even in bathroom, the bulb holder is empty, bathroom door does not lock properly. There is no led of komods. Staff are very much casual to their customer. Rate is very high. Not recommended at all.

Other than the fact the place is new and the staffs doing their best , nothing works in the place... location is average, no restaurants u have to get outside food, no intercom, you have to call on cell phone. Place needs focus to become better, has potential, but right now its just good for sleepovers, atleast ac works even though Geysers don't.

The Staff was very friendly but the room was not spacious. Although the service was very satisfactory.

Horror experience in this hotel at night

Behaviour Is Very Very Bad of their Staff.. Bad locality Hotel and No AC No TV power supplies bad.. No WifI. as shown in the oyo App no facilities much provided. dirty smells on the room.
