Ganga Bitan Sai Resort

Our stay in Ganga Bitan Sai Resort on 23rd November 2024 was so much pathetic and awful experience that we have never experienced before. First of all the location is quite inconvenient. Secondly inside the premise of the resort there is ideally nothing to do. No amenities no play area for the kids and the river is also little far away from the rooms which again does not provide a very beautiful view. Never visited such an utterly useless place wasting all the money. The small rooms were charged 4K each but they didn't even provide any toiletries. The nice chandelier and the couch is in the common space resulting in lack of privacy. They mentioned that they can provide badminton racquets but god bless the condition of those and shuttle was totally torn and confirmed that was the last piece. Food was cooked long back and they would use the microwave before serving the food for dinner. Lunch was better though. Anyway don't waste your time and money for such a boring destination. If you have a very big group you can think about it.

Before booking keep those below points. 1. I booked 1st floor rooms made the payment, but 1day before the booked date owner called and told me the 1st floor rooms already booked by someone and forced me to move top floor rooms, though they provide 500rs discount. 2. The service is very delayed, we waiting in the dinning table for lunch almost 1hour, for evening tea we asked at 6pm received 8:30pm. Same for dinner and breakfast 3. There was cockroach in the room Dont book the top floor rooms those are for dayout package room, they will force u to move if any big party is there in first floor

PROS: WELL MAINTAINED ROOM. FOOD IS TASTY EXCEPT SNACKS. WELL MAINTAINED SWIMMING POOL. CONS: NO POWER BACKUP DURING POWER CUT NO TOILETRY IN ROOMS NO MINERAL WATER BOTTLE IN ROOMS SERVICE VERY SLOW. FAR AWAY FROM RIVER. NO RIVER VIEW. NOT RECOMMENDED.....

While the room quality and pool are satisfactory, the poor management, rude behavior, and lack of timely services make the stay unpleasant. Significant improvements are required in hospitality and service efficiency.

We have such a bad experience today..... Lack of management..no maintenance..u have to wait for hours to check in..no time maintenance...except breakfast and snacks foods are too average specially lunch..rude behaviour of the owners Only good thing is the rooms Overall not a good experience

Super amazing place to hangout with your friends & families. The view and the vibes are absolutely amazing Delicious food . Absolute Hidden Gem. Amazing destination for a weekend trip from Kolkata. Resort service is at top notch. They are very prompt at their service. Rooms are much spacious, airy, very clean. We had a very nice and pleasant stay at the property. The ambience of the property will certainly help anyone to forget all the tensions and be yourself. I would say every body needs to come here at once and enjoy the calmness of this place.

I personally loved the villa and its ambience as its just near Ganga river. Its very airy and regarding the villa you can book the whole villa for yourself or you can just book a single room. Food and other things are very home-like and overall as a weekend gateway it will be your perfect place to be.

Recently i visited here with my friends. Seriously this resort was so perfect. The hospitality was too good. Rooms were perfectly luxurious. Ganga bank was in a few meters from the resort. Overall my weekend was great with them.
